Allt! Everything worked well and the atmosphere was excellent.

I am extremely disappointed with Ticketmaster Sweden and their payment process through Adyen. It has been over four months since I was supposed to receive a payment for resale tickets, and despite multiple follow-ups, providing bank statements, official bank letters, and alternative payment details, I had to wait almost 1 year to receive the money.

Their customer support kept giving vague answers, asking me to provide documentation and then claiming they cannot proceed without even when I have complied repeatedly. The whole process has been frustrating and slow, with long delays and no clear resolution. I also have a friend currently experiencing the same issue with Ticketmaster France regarding a concert payment from a month ago. This suggests a systemic problem with Ticketmaster’s payout system in Europe.

If you are considering reselling tickets through Ticketmaster resale platforms, be prepared for possible delays or even non-payment. Their communication is poor, and the handling of the payment is inefficient and unreliable. I strongly advise caution when using their resale service.

You made the area larger than it was last year. Unfortunately, the premium section is now too far from the stage. Last year, it was perfect. I don't see the advantage of buying a premium ticket. It was a nice gesture to invite customers who had bought tickets to see Green Day to Europe for free. However, it backfired completely because you only informed customers at 4:12 p.m. on the day of the concert. Additionally, the message was only written in Swedish, and I mistook it for a survey about my Green Day experience. I didn't translate it until the following day.
It's good that you removed the clutter outside the Klarna stand after people almost got crushed leaving Green Day. However, the Klarna fools placed an obstructive advertisement in the path of the audience again later.
With the right artists, you could have a three-day festival again.

A great show with Robin Parson alias Michael Jackson on a Monday evening! :-) He performed some of the greatest hits from The King of pop! Great dancers and musicians and Parsons voice really reminded of MJ's as well. Some people in the audience were stiff and boring, but Parson knew how to handle the situation. Thanks for a great night in Stockholm - and welcome back! 🧡

Music was great, the host was great, the whole show was a 5/5 for us.

It was good I was one parent with my child and didn’t had any bad experience. Well organised, nice place and tidy. Cloakroom was also spacious.

I was such an amazing show! The sounded incredibly good and there was much energy both on the stage and the public. A really memorable concert!!! Thanks!

Booked tickets for ACDC and the websiite would not load to the pay page so i lost the tickets.

Host was amazing and great night as usual. What is difference from last year was that there was a lot of talking and boring speaches, and not so much music and dynamic scene. Maybe more musical type of scene and better representation on the big screen.

The place was good but very stuffy. The ventilation was not working.
