Take accountability for your mistakes
Have used them a few times and delayed payments and poor communication from their customer service team was always a running theme. Despite this, I decided to use them again recently vs. opting for a new selling site.
Bad mistake… sale was cancelled 3 days before the game leaving me £600 out of pocket and with little to no time to resell tickets. Reasons given by owner was ticket was invalid with barcode missing which was completely inaccurate… when this didn’t work they shifted to the fact that one ticket was a concession and I did not make this clear. Nowhere on the site does it provide a seller to opportunity to select the type of ticket.
Obviously super frustrating and I’ll not be using again as I told the owner. My advice to him is to take some accountability and update your website if this is an issue and give people an opportunity to select ticket type. And do not give the buyers an opportunity to cancel last minute without good and proper reasons.
The owner clearly has a good little thing going with his touting business. I tried to give some unsolicited advice when he phoned me but was shouted down and had some veiled threats directed at me. Not cool at all.
