Helpful support, great servers, and ease of use.

Support is quite helpful, they got back to me in the same day. The servers are great too, 8 gigabytes of ram for free! Most other servers require you to pay around 15 dollars a month for that. Mods and modpacks are easy to install, and the website is feature-rich. The only downside is the renewal system and lots of ads, however its worth saving 15 dollars a month.

Amazing Support

The support from the staff is the best I've seen from any other Minecraft server host, The servers run amazingly well and I have never had any problem that could not be resolved in a few hours
