Extremely Poor Communication and Follow-Through

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with TierZero Games has been genuinely frustrating. After placing an order, I encountered repeated issues with shipping, tracking, and communication. Despite being told my order would be reshipped via DHL Express and that a partial refund would be issued to reflect updated card values, I had to chase multiple times for any confirmation or follow-up.
The tracking information was only shared after several emails, and as of writing this, I still haven’t received the promised refund. Every step of this process felt like pulling teeth — I was constantly left in the dark and had to initiate contact just to get basic updates.
I understand things can go wrong, but the lack of transparency and accountability here turned what should have been a simple transaction into a drawn-out ordeal. I won’t be ordering again, and I’d caution others to be wary of the customer service experience.

This company fraudulently charged my…

This company fraudulently charged my credit card $2,779.00 without my consent. My card was paid off and in my safe while all of this occurred, and I only had my PayPal account as a payment option and my card number was not listed with Google. I never buy any of the enhancements. I simply delete game when I get stuck and move on. They were charging me $42.95 bi-weekly. I have no clue how they get to get away with this. I have not even had the game downloaded for over 6 months and they continued to charge my card. There is no customer service as the have an I loop that just says no refunds. And then you are screwed. I will be pursuing this further to prevent them from doing this again.

Very slow and bad customer service

Will not refund when cancelling an order. Customer service is hard to get in touch with, takes multiple emails to get any response. Continuing to hold money for a very long time with terrible excuses. Weeks have gone by and I still have no product and no refund. Can not recommend

Customer communication needs improving

Item did arrive eventually (9x days after purchase), but there was no communication from customer service that there was an issue.

Trying to reach customer service was quite frustrating. I had no success using the contact form on their website. Their contact number which I tried during their normal working hours kept saying that nobody was available. Eventually somebody responded via email in response to the live chat from their website (which again told me nobody was available).

This company needs to work on their customer communication and notify them when there are issues with an order.
