Order was sent quickly but there were items missing from the order I placed

Being able to sort the cards alphabetically according to thier number in the set was a great thing. The good prices. The excellent free royal mail shipping which was fast and excellent was a great feature. Long time customer and will stay a customer.

I was looking for various individual YuGiOh cards & after pricing them up on eBay I found the Tier Zero site & the prices were FAR better. I was nervous because I hadn’t heard of Tier Zero before & they didn’t have many reviews but for the price difference I figured I would take a chance.

I placed an order very late Thursday night (the free postage was very appreciated), I got an email 9am Friday morning saying my order had dispatched & the cards all arrived in perfect condition Saturday morning. I was so hugely impressed I had to come and leave this review.

The next time I need cards I will be going to their site first & I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for YuGiOh cards, it was a fantastic experience.

Very poor customer service.
Have tried to pre-order cases of structure decks and they always come atleast a week late if not later or not at all.
The guys have poor refund policies that goes against the law and I have even seen some decks in the facebook group come all stuck together and they refused to refund it.
Also they never send emails about dispatch or anything of the sort so you are left to guess in the dark or have to be proactive and ask them for a useless basic reply that does not solve any issues.

100% would recommend you avoid if you can!

Not tierzero trying to gaslight me telling me shipping details would be sent to me and its in my junk or spam as if i havent checked 😂😂😂 literally have to go ask before anything is solved.

Bought a booster box of the latest Pokémon card set - of the various online stores I looked at, Tier Zero were the best, in stock price I could see. Free 24 hour delivery included due to the order amount. Had some great pulls from the few packs I've opened so far. 😁

Can't fault them on their customer service - friendly, helpful and really go the extra mile to help. Great products and great pricing - looking forward to purchasing more!
