Tiles came damaged and I didn’t not have replay from them.

Improve customer service. Experience has been very negative compared other suppliers we have used on our refurbishment. I understand to pay a delivery collection fee for an item that was wrongly ordered but the extra charges, restock, no…special that I explicated informed that I would purchased the correct size from them.

Couldn’t check tiles were on a huge palate that delivery guy wouldn’t take back. Not the friendliest of people. Bottom box of tiles had 2 that were broken. I had no way to check them.
Delivery was next day that I payed £65 for expected a little help as I,m elderly but no, dumped on a palate at the front door.

Great service , delivery boys went over and above for us really appreciate it and tiles supplied top quality

We ordered the tiles and was told they would be delivered on 2nd April. They arrived on 4th April which was too late for our tiler. We now have to find another person to lay them for us.

Professional and helpful, good price compared to local tile stores. Had 1200x600 porcelain tiles.
Delivery turned up when it was booked, also helpful driver.

This has been beyond frustrating. Update: This has been a failure on all sides.How did we get here. The claim by Tilezone has been turned down as per the contract as I did signed for them as damaged.
I was never given the opportunity to do so. The intial pick up was made by McMurrays Haulage via the TPN nework from the distibutor BTC DISTRIBUTION LTD T/A BLACKBURN TILE CENTRE.

Delivery was due Friday June 6. Never arrived contacted the TPN network who informed that it was still at the receiving depot. Advised that the delivery would be made on Saturday the 7. Arrived at the delivery depot at 23:19 June 6 for delivery June 7.
Finally delivered June 9 at 10:28 by Leeds Parcel Company. At no point was ever offered to check the delivery. I guess that's on me.
After numerous emails back and forth with Tilezone, the cliam was turned down because I didn't inspect the goods. It's alright saying that I have 20 mintues to check the goods.

Now now Tilezone are telling as a gesture of goodwill, they will replace the tiles, however I have to make a 128 round trip to pick up the tiles.

I had read some of the negative reviews and was nervous about purchasing. I had numerous WhatsApp chats with Imran who was always polite, understanding and most importantly helpful. I decided to purchase and continued to receive first class communication even after the tiles had been dispatched and in the hands of the courier. The driver understood the 20 mins timeline to check tiles. we managed to check through 30 1200 x 600 tiles in 10 mins. 2 were broken. This was acknowledged by the courier and Tilezone with perfect responses and quick action. Thank you once again Imran, you are a credit to the company

Tiles were very good quality and my bathroom looks great

We ordered 14 huge tiles (1200x600). On delivery I examined the pallet, looked good so signed for it. Our tiles arrived soon after and we packed. The top 4 tiles were perfect but sadly the 10 underneath were smashed. Tilezone promptly arranged collection of the broken ones and sent 10 replacements. Understandably they insisted we examine each tile before signing, saying the driver is instructed to wait 20 minutes. Driver was very helpful and understanding, all 10 replacements were perfect.

I have had a fantastic experience with Tilezone. From ordering the tiles to delivery everything was super efficient and friendly. All points throughly explained. The quality of the tiles are amazing and the finished look is top notch.

This is the second time I’ve used this supplier, my builder said the last ones were good quality so I’ve got this order from here again.
There’s a nice selection of tiles and they’re at a competitive price.
Very helpful delivery driver too.
