I have just received my Saffron Cross body bag in teal and l am so happy with it it was beautifuly wrapped and arrived very quickly l have been waiting for this colour to come back in stock it is absolutely beautiful so thank you l very happy lady

Purchased two items in the Holt shop and delighted with both. Assistant was lovely - greeted as soon as I stepped into shop and a friendly chat as I made my purchases. Always pop in when visiting holt as you find items different to the standard high street.

Really impressed with this shop. I’ve never heard of them before purchasing an item in Norfolk. Unfortunately the product was faulty but I hadn’t noticed. They were fantastic at resolving with free returns postage and sending out a replacement. Best customer service I have encountered in a long time so will certainly be keeping an eye out on their website for future purchases 🤩 and the cardigan is stunning, I was ecstatic that they still had another one in stock 🤗

Good independent shop with wide selection of items. Polite assistants helpful without being intrusive.

This time I made an online purchase as I live 50 miles away from the nearest shop. My loose fitting black jumper is wonderful and joins the other 3 colours in the same style! The website is easy to use and delivery was 2 days later - you can't ask for more than that! Trish x

Visited your store in Holt near Larners, such a friendly welcome. I loved my dress and jumper purchases. It’s so nice when you can comfortably visit a store.

Bought a lovely soft longline cardigan as a Christmas present and the lovely assistant has given us a 'present' receipt if my 90 yr old mum in law wants to return it, but I'm sure she'll love it. Also bought a lovely jumper and coat ... fabulous shop and great customer experience.

Visited the Aldeburgh shop. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, the right amount of interaction and leaving us to just browse.
I ended up buying the same style jumper I bought 12 months earlier in a different colour as I was so happy with it!

I found both of the shops in Holt, shop bright and airy, the stock was well merchandised and nice window, the staff were friendly and professional, my purchase was well wrapped and put in a nice carrier bag, prices were very reasonable and good selection of clothing.

Came across the shop in Holt when on a weekend away, lady in the shop was lovely and helpful. As a larger lady concerned about sizing and didn't need to worry, she assisted and the whole experience was great. The quality of the jumpers I purchased are lovely. My new firm favourite and already bought off website

Visit holt regularly, popped in to have a browse and left with lots of gorgeous winter jumpers etc, great selection of everything.
Fantastic friendly customer service, not pushy but great with suggestions and advice.

After a busy shopping trip to Holt, Norfolk, heading back towards the carpark, I was attracted to this shop by the lovely bright coloured window display. The lady was very welcoming & I spotted the same trousers I had previously brought from a similar shop in Fleet, down South. I was looking for jumpers this time & found exactly what I had been looking, all day for. I brought 2 beautiful coloured ones & will definitely visit again, now I have found this ideal shop. It has lovely accessories too.

Im thrilled with my pearl button back, batwing sleeve jumper in a gorgeous bubblegum pink. Looks great with jeans and smart with a skirt for more dressy occasions. I live in France so had to take advantage of this opportunity to buy such a lovely jumper while staying with my sister in Norfolk. She has two of these already!

My first ever visit to your shop (in Aldeburgh). Lovely to wander around and I found an excellent burgundy jumper. Tried it on, looked good, purchased and went up the road happy!

Lured in by delicious bright colours in the window, I bought three jumpers very quickly (I loathe shopping) to the surprise and delight of the lovely lady in the shop, who made what’s usually a horrid experience fun and joyful. Love your shops, always visit one wherever I am, not very often do I not come out without buying something.
My favourite items are your trousers of which I have 6 summer colours and 4 dark pairs.
Staff are always helpful and friendly.
Packaging is always nicely done and you never have to pay for the bag.
