I emailed them and said that the item can't be delivered by USPS and they said to pay for expidited shipping so I did and they shipped it USPS.

Took forever, not full order

Took forever to get shipping info and after I got shipping info I was told a part of my order was refunded. Took far too long . Still do not have my order and not sure if it will come or when since it took weeks to tell me one part was refunded with no explanation.

If I hadn't call to find out when my …Rita

If I hadn't call to find out when my sandals would arrive, I would not have known my order was cancelled. The shipping method had not been chosen. I didn't receive an email or phone call. This could have been nipped in the bud. Now I have to wait 7 to 10 days all over again. I wanted to wear them to my granddaughter's dance recital. I am so so disappointed.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my girlfriends birthday. The order went through and was confirmed. Two weeks pass and still no shoes so I emailed them and asked for them to rush the shipping and the whereabouts of my order just to find out the shoes weren't in stock when they clearly were listed otherwise

Poor Service

Poor Service. Notified me 2 days later item was ordered that it was out of stock after I paid for expedited shipping. Needed for an event. Left me scrambling. Will not shop site again.
