Really disappointed with this company. Ordered well and quick no problems with ordering and love that you can collect coins.. but as some other people have said you need to check the quality of the wood. Recieved ours and was all cracked and really badly damaged and covered in what looked like plaster. Spoke to them who agreed refund and collection but have been ignored multiple times for the last week. No number to get hold of anyone very frustrating.

Cannot fault at all. Great service. Products spot on. What more can I say! Highly recommend

This is a update for this company review.
Well where to start, yes two orders went without a problem, but my 3rd well that was a differnt case, I ordered just short of £900 of wood, to be delivered I needed this ASAP, so a emailed and messaged the company to see when the fastest time would be, I had a email back saying a date and was happy with that, then the day came and no delivery, and no communication from the company, on email or messages, they do not have a telephone number and now I see why because their customer service is rubbish, when someone did get back to me they told me that the wood would not be coming, I lost a lot of money because of this as I had a lot of orders to fulfil and could not due to this company.

Received my order in a very good time frame.
Was disappointed once I started to break down the bundles of timber the ones in the middle were rubbish
The 50mm x 50mm frame timber is more like 42mm x 42mm
So if you order bulk check the timber that might be band wrapped

I received my delivery but it was short by ten items. The delivery driver said he would arrange for them to follow on. I have sent numerous emails and no reply. There is no phone number for them.
I have waited over 2 weeks and no timber, I have had to buy the shortfall elsewhere

Purchased a large quantity of timber. All excellent quality, straight timber. Really good customer service and communication. Best prices I found..and I'm 150 miles away.
Easy offloading from the delivery team.
Will definitely be using them again

I ordered the timber on Sunday night and it arrived on Tuesday morning.
It is good quality and exactly what I wanted.
The driver was helpful friendly and polite.

After our order being delayed last minute I was very apprehensive about whether we had done the right thing by ordering from this company. Timber king have redeemed themselves massively. The delayed order came today in time for our builder to use tomorrow. Not only that but they have been more than apologetic and delivery drivers were amazing. Thank you timber king will definitely be ordering again from you and have recommended a customer to you this evening.

I ordered the timber on Sunday night after checking it was in stock on the website.

UPDATE: Having read my review, Tom got in touch with me and arranged for delivery of the ordered goods which arrived the next day. Quality of the products ordered is very good and the service from Tom has been top notch.

Placed an order over two weeks ago and received the confirmation email etc, but no estimate of delivery time which I thought would be ok as on the website it states that delivery to my area would take 5 days and having taken leave this week to complete my garden project I thought that would leave me with plenty of time. Have tried to use the website chat function to contact the company and have left an email for them too, but as there appears to be no telephone number for Timber King, when you have no answers to queries and no way of getting hold of anyone it is incredibly frustrating. Very disappointed as after reading so many positive reviews, thought I would be in safe hands!

Brilliant service very helpful and brilliant prices I will order again once I have used up all the timber. Delivered on the day at the time the driver said eventhough he battled through the snow To our remote village. really can't be beaten top marks
