A very professional service, easy to to use online ordering service and quick delivery. I would have given 5 stars but for the inability to make adjustments once an order is placed.

I incorrectly ticked “cash on delivery” rather than card payment and once the order was placed online this could not be changed unless I cancelled the order and reorder.

Given that it’s an online only order process there should be a way to make adjustments to order size, payment type etc online if that’s the only way you can place orders.

Delivery took a week to arrive and they did not have some of the lengths ordered. However the replacement pieces were longer than requested so I got more for the same money, though of course I had to cut some off.
Price and wood quality I thought were excellent.

My first order came in at £204 but ur web site said I need to by moor fore delivery so now I got wood ear that I don't think I'm going to use and feed back was slow or not at all and I got points that it woodent let me turn into cash off my bill a phone number wood have bin good luckily the driver came on hafe day will I get moor of u I simply don't know at this point in time !!!!!!
