I pre-ordered 2 tshirts, to be dispatched 14 November, didn't get sent. Tried contacting them, no reply, then got email 2 weeks later with new tshirt design and different release date. Eventually asked for refund, which is still pending in my account.
Poor communication, wouldn't recommend this company.

Townsend Music consider 2 weeks after purchase with no contact acceptable dispatch time. Ordered some products from Feeder, which is dealt with and processed by Townsend music. Shipping was over £7 for 4 small cassettes. 48 Hours tracked (should be closer to £3 or £4)
A week later, they haven't even dispatched the order. Edit: After reaching out, they promised the product would be dispatched on Friday last week. It still hasn’t been and they’re not replying to the support ticket.
Edit 2: They finally dispatched a week after promising it would go same day. They refunded shipping after I complained about the service. They think that this means I should give them a good review.

I preordered an album 3 weeks ago, it was meant to be delivered by the 24th of November, its now 2nd of December and I still haven't heard a thing about my order. Really disappointing, ive cancelled my order since then, refund was to be in my account within 5 days and still nothing. Very poor

Ordered 2 items on the 14th November and haven’t received either of the items. Have received my order confirmation and since the 14th have heard nothing. Have tried contacting through their website but the website isn’t allowing me to send an email over. Overall not a very happy experience especially when you spend over £70 including postage to not recieve the items.

Great to see a company specialise in physical releases however the prices charged for shipping are astronomical when there are such a wide range of shipping options about these prices are ridiculous and will always use other sellers with free or lower shipping costs

Placed an order more than 3 weeks ago, and there is no movement at all. Ordered some t-shirts, nothing rare. Tried to contact them via the website, but "Send" button click responds 403-Forbidden. So probably the only way to have their attention is to leave 1-star here.

So my bag I said that I would not use TM again due to past experience. But hey I wanted the Alan Parsons Project IRobot boxset with limited addition poster so went for it. Not sure if some grudge is being held or they are just totally incompetent when it comes to packaging people’s personal property. I preordered the item and paid for it so I believe it belongs to me. So really it comes down to their disregard for buyers/owners items that they fail drastically. I mean they are selling these items as limited addition future valuables collectors pieces and then they arrive like they are worthless to them which makes them worthless to the buyer. There is no way TM can brazen their way out of what has happened to my limited addition poster. All the posters have now been sent, delivered, appreciated. Not mine they somehow managed to pack my poster in the bottom of the outside package. The beautiful poster was laid face up unprotected with the album boxset inside its protective cardboard sleeve on top of it. For some unknown reason there was some sellotape on the bottom of the boxset protective sleeve, which I can’t comprehend why it’s there as it’s not on any of the other box sets I have bought from them. Because of the position of the poster and the tape on the bottom of the boxset sleeve the P in Parsons has been subjected to a removal of part of the print which is now part of the tape. This has left the poster ruined well the P in Parsons is ruined. Can’t believe it total incompetence goes to the packer. Please be informed TM that all details have been submitted and I have sent u an email in regard to the situation with pictures to let you see exactly what you have done through your packaging negligence and complete disregard for the items you dispatch to your customers.

So here we are 5 days later and no reply to my internal email or response to my review. What does that mean. Does it mean that they realise what they have done or did it in revenge to my past complaint and can’t face making a response because they can’t get over their complete incompetence and complete disregard for there customers property. What a complete bunch of well what can’t I say.
11 days on and I have had a response asking for more more details. Which were submitted in initial review. No response to my original email or the one i sent after with pictures to make sure they could see what they had done. Indefensible attitude utter rubbish service.
Still no response 16 days later. Says a lot don’t it.

Reply 4 days short of a month great customer service. As always pushing their failings on to the customer. Got an apology but too little too late. Then using my failure to respond to their last debacle implying that it’s got nothing to do with TM must be the customer. Their offer to send it back for a refund is nothing short of comedick. The poster was free so I am better off with it damaged than not having one at all. No mention of compensating me for their behaviour. I honestly believe that the damage was a deliberate action because of my last negative review. Fair enough there are people like that in the world fortunately I am not one of them.

The vinyl arrived promptly after dispatch notification.
The plastic sleeve was split on 2 sides probably due to vinyl rattling around in box during transit but vinyl not damaged at all.
