Sent back first time and it was not…
Sent back first time and it was not repaired, it then took contacting samsung 8 times and 4 hours to get them to accept a return to repair the watch because basically because the first engineer claimed it was not faulty I am a liar. Now it's been returned and the battery replaced it works great but this should have happened on the first time it was sent back.

I had my Galaxy Buds 3 Pro sent for repair after the left mic failed. Service team was very supportive and eager to solve the problem fast. I was sent replacement buds as that was deemed the quickest solution. Very pleased with the service.

The phone you guys claiamd to have repaired has developed another issue. The front screen gum has removed. I don't why Samsung is doing this. Such an expensive phone. I've been managing the phone since.

Was told by samsung would be repaired…
Was told by samsung would be repaired for free as was faulty after the first repair a year prior. I did send emails straight away but couldn't be bothered with the hassle of sending it back in. I kept it for a year. Then 1 day after taking phone off charge screen just died. Samsung reassured me it would be repaired free but when I sent it in I ended up paying another £300 odd for the repair
