TMT support

My local, Samsung authorised repair centre at EE said warrenty wouldn't cover my LED issue so wanted to charge me £700+ to repair the whole phone instead. I went through Samsung Support and they then guided me to TMT who repaired my phone through my warranty instead. No hassle, process was picked up and returned within 5 working days. Phone is brand new - Galaxy Z Fold 6👍🏼

Sent my phone back under gaurantee as…

Sent my phone back under gaurantee as it had a sensor error when trying to charge. The repair has been turned around in less than a week. Returned to me very well pack too. Many thanks to everyone envolved.

I got my phone fix paid £200 and a week…

I got my phone fix paid £200 and a week later dead pixels appeared again and when asked to fixed it they quoted £200 again. No dropping or damage to the phone just appeared again.

When reviewing your order it shows that the dead pixels on your screen were caused by impact puncture marks meaning the device would not be covered by the warranty.

I can see you requested the inspection to not go ahead and since, the device has now been returned unrepaired as requested.

Great service

Great service ! I sent a pair of galaxy buds 3 pro for repair and my experience was great from the start to finish . After I sent them I received a call from their customer service to confirm that they had received them and after that I received another one in which they updated me with the outcome of the service in which they said that they replaced them free of charge. 5 out of 5 stars ! Thank you !
