Their service can destroy every business.

Unfortunately I need to use TNT's service at work, which is a nightmare for our business. They've got a problem with every single shipment. Parcels are lost, they missed the connection in the chain or they cannot contact with their export team... CS representatives can provide only information visible in the tracking, which are pretty often not true. They always apologies for the delays but nothing goes forward.

It's not a problem of TNT's employees, this is a problem of the way how the TNT treats their customers.

Pathetic service.

Disgraceful customer service. Turned up unannounced with a dining table. Nobody was home so left a card saying "back on Monday" Card had no tracking number or time that they would come back. Website didn't work and nobody would answer the phone. Turned up again when nobody was in. Left a calling card with no time and a barcode for the app that didn't work. Can't get anybody to agree a time/date for the delivery!!!! Shocking service from an abysmal company.

Shocking service
Said it was going to be delivered “tomorrow” yet no tracking nothing so I rang and they said it hadn’t been picked up which was also false.

So I’ve now lost out on a days work and still no updates

Rubbish service, terrible reliance, the delivery guy was the only positive

If I could give less than 1 star I would. If you want to send anything don't use TNT, anyone else is better.

TLDR: Package arrived multiple days late and box was damaged in transit, service was utter rubbish. Delivery guy was great though.

Ordered a bicycle which was sent through TNT.

It was supposed to be delivered between 8AM and 6PM on a Thursday, it didnt and was changed to the Friday. I was only told via the company sending the bike, TNT didn't tell me until much later.

Then supposed to be delivered between 8AM and 6PM on the Friday, it wasn't. Update late morning Friday saying the package was damaged so had to be repackaged, delivery was then changed to the following Monday. Tracking said on the Monday by 9AM, I was informed again by the company sending the bike it was actually between 8AM and 6PM on the Monday, tracking still said before 9AM until about 10AM that morning.

Package finally turned up in the afternoon by a guy who was really friendly, the only positive thing about TNT. No repacking had been done, box was still damaged. Luckily bike wasn't damaged.

Avoid this company

Dont deserve 1 star What an absolute shower of a company, We placed an order with a company they said i can have next day delivery that was Wednesday 5th November so yes great as the part is urgent, update said out for delivery yesterday by 4.15 it was back at their Bristol depot why oh why was it not delivered, And not even out for delivery today, Do not use this company they are not reliable at all and to top it off every time you try to call automated messages they are busy please call later absolutely rubbish company I would have been better to have drove the 100 miles there to get it myself TNT you should be ashamed

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless, I cannot think why any seller or individual would send anything by this company since their performance is abysmal. I was supposed to get a parcel next day but nothing, their trace and track is pitiful. Speaking their customers services assistant is a complete joke, it’s an AI woman not a real person. Avoid

Do not use

This company is so incompetent it's not even funny not received my large and expensive item on day of delivery after they sent me an email saying get ready its about to be delivered left work early and it was a no show tried to call customer care but all you get is a very unhelpful automated help line. called the company I purchased the product off that managed to get someone to call me finally after a few days from tnt. The guy from tnt was helpful but after speaking to him a few times that day he promised my parcel would be with me the following day of the phone call by 12. another half day off work and still no parcel and back to where I started very unhappy.

If you pay for a service from a company they should deliver on what they promised or give you compensation after this much trouble if you thinking about using tnt don't

World class incompetence

Can’t understand how some people can give a rating greater than 1 star. Truly truly appalling service. Had several deliveries from them over the years and they have a 100% success rate at being terrible. Today’s example… waited in all day to then see an update saying ‘driver waiting at property’…. Really? Waiting at the property that I am currently sitting in the front window of?
To make it worse, this happens everytime!!!! How can companies continue to use them. They should be outlawed. Cannot condemn them

Shocking

Received an expensive new bike delivered by TNT. The guy just dumped the box on my driveway and walked away. It obviously contained a bike, and could easily have been stolen if I hadn't noticed him.
When I called out to ask if he could move the box to the side of my house, he shouted back that he wouldn't, without even turning around.
I would never use this company myself, and I'd think twice before ordering anything if I thought they might deliver it.

TNT made us pay someone else invoice before delivery

Invoice : 8446215 - Terrible service and zero accountability from TNT Fedex UK.

We were forced to pay import duty for a shipment that belongs to another company we’ve never heard of. We sent proof, contacted support many times, and still got nowhere.

Now they have our money, our parcel was delayed, and no one is taking ownership.

Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience.

Dreadful website, dreadful service

Their tracking just said ‘delivered’, no address or time. TNT web site directs you to an app that is no longer active. Website says POD available but sends you in circles on the site. Automated voice service said POD can only be supplied to the sender. Another call to BOSCH customer service who tell me they wouldn’t normally but will call TNT. Called back. Confirmation of delivery is in the agreed delivery safe location of a brown bin, which A) I didn’t agree and B) is behind a locked gate, so impossible. Eventually found in my neighbours brown bin amongst rotting debris. No delivery card left by courier and bin clearly has next doors number on it in big letters. The customer service number for TNT is buried and hidden in their website. Total fiasco.

Do not get fed X / tnt to get clothes…

Do not get fed X / tnt to get clothes returned from another country as they are not clear that it will cost you more money to get it back and when you get through to customer service it is bad say they will look into it and say they will contact you in 15 days but I left it waiting to hear from the after a month had a letter from a that collector asking for more money as I hadn’t paid the bill that I was disputing so had to pay got back to tnt to complain and they said they would look into it and I had a customer service person emailed me to say that it would be refunded then that went to abroad and they said they got no record of the payment and it went on and on and on and in the end, we just give up because they’d say 15 days and the 15 days wouldn’t happen you had to keep phoning them I just think if ever I leave clothes in another country again, they will have to stay.

Drivers do not follow procedures

Drivers refuse to follow sign procedures, when you request that certain drivers do not visit site you are told they can not control the drivers drops and that is done by the deport

I have had a treble experience dealing…

I have had a treble experience dealing with TNT . In two weeks they have lost a parcel that has cost me £145.50 in the value of the goods. I arranged for a shipment to be collected from an address in Wales and when I phone to chase when the collection would be made (4 O'clock) I was told it would be collected for my customer to contact me at 5.30pm to tell me it had not been collected. When I phoned they said they did not know why it had not been collected and for me to call back at a later time!

Absolutely terrible service- reckon…

Absolutely terrible service- reckon they have tried to deliver Item 3 times however this is not true as when I spoke to the service team they advised they needed the correct address however they delivered all other furniture purchased from the same company. I offered to collect and now all systems are down

Can't even read a label

Can't even read a label and delivered to the wrong house on the wrong STREET.

Then denied it repeatedly.

Four days later they went back to the wrong address and recovered the package.

The merger of Fedex and TNT has been a disaster.

Tail of two half’s here

Tail of two half’s here; 2 parcels on one order both boxes damaged. But the driver said look boxes are damaged let’s check the contents to see if all is well. He was in no hurry and extremely friendly and polite from the Nottingham dept. So it’s due to the driver only I’m giving 5 stars!!
