I got a quick response and immediate help when I accidentally ordered the wrong item, they swapped it out immediately for the right one. Friendly customer service as well.
I suspect that all shipping is via USPS, no matter the price point. My last order took 3 weeks. In part I blame USPS, but these fools reflected no pickup to ship for 1 week on their site. They actually said all the orders that day were messed up. NO EXCUSE. I called twice, yet they chose to email cryptic messages, twice. FORGET TRACKING - completely USELESS!! Super frustrating to deal with TS.I am not sure why I'd pay the increase from 98. cents to $2.25 shipping Insurance for lost, stolen, damaged product whilst ignoring you for delays.

I placed an order on July 25 no updates for a week. Then finally a message saying out of stock. They contacted me 2 days later to tell me I had to change order then I did Then they said they found some at another location. They Then sent my order out and finally received it 13 days later. I've ordered from them for over a year now and never had a problem like this before. I think they could of better communication with me. Ps.. why did guys change from ups to usps it's 10 times slower. They could of least gave me a discount or a coupon for the inconveniences I think

have orderded alot during this time,,they always ship on time or if they have an issue with an item, they email me or call me to disscuss the issue promptly..very professional staff ..their prices and selection is great,,
I have ordered from this company many times with no issues. My last order on 8-4 has had nothing but issues. Order sat for 3 days before being filled. Was advised on 8-7 it was shipped except shipping company says they have never received it. No answer on their phone no reply to my messages

I order 3 to 4 boxes of cigars every single month. I've always got my delivery. I've always had nothing but great experience. One time I got the wrong delivery and they did more than make it right. Great cigars highly highly recommend. Great.

What can I say other than I'm impressed with how fast I received my first order ordered from here the first time was a little hesitant about trying something new but I'm glad I did I'll have to adjust to the different brand ( show ) cigars but as long as the price stays low I'll deal with change from my other brands thanks Tobacco store.
I put my order in around the beginning of the month and I am supposed to receive it in the middle of the month, not very good business...I don't want to go to anyone else, I like this company, but the mistake was not mine and so why am I paying for it

I had a very bad experience with the company with this last order I ordered on July the 1st I did not receive my order until July the 14th. I sent them several emails never got a response back on some of them and finally I got really upset and someone finally answered me back and finally got my order sent out to me. after not getting it the first week, I guess they figured they better get it to me real fast so they sent it by ups. that time that's the first time it's ever come by UPS. I understand sometimes mistakes are made and it takes longer to get an order out but when you have a email that has been sent to you checking on your order the least you can do is reply back instead of no response that is not very good business and I normally have no trouble with my orders but I have a few times but if this continues I will find me another place to buy my stuff from most of the time it comes in in a timely manner and it's good product that good process I have no problem with the product no complaints only about the response back to my emails
