Nice product
Nice product, fast shipping! It was missing one of the silicone "feet" pads on bottom to keep it from slipping on countertop. I used it for first time this week. It worked great! I'd like to get another one soon.

Smooth order, convenient product
No problems ordering from the website; the package arrived in a few days. I've used the press twice so far and it's a million times more convenient than stacking heavy stuff on the tofu. Easy to rinse out as well.

Tofu press arrived quickly
Tofu press arrived quickly. Have only used it once but was surprised how much water came out of the block of tofu. Much easier and safer than using cans of food to press

Absolutely love the Tofu Press! It works great, easy to use, no mess!
Customer service is top notch as well! There was a glitch in shipping of the press to me. I emailed Tofuture, Susanna was quick to respond, kind and receptive. She was able to identify the issue of my order and rectify it.
I would give more stars for both customer service and product if I could.

Excellent customer service
After several years weekly use one of the hinge supports on the lid of my tofu press gave way. I contacted Tofuture by email for a replacement part. The company responded very promptly and sent me a replacement free of charge. Top marks for customer service. The press is an excellent well made product, easy to use and does the job nicely.

The delivery of my replacement parts…
The delivery of my replacement parts was prompt despite the fact I live a hemisphere away.
BTW - helpful hint replacing the tension bands - take the end clips off entirely and feed the new bands from one side to the other under tension.
