If I was just reviewing the 6x6 brackets and shade cover, I would have given it 4 stars (****) because the kit is economical, looks great and is easy to set-up. There is one star missing from my remover because we followed the instructions on how to space it and there are large gaps between the wood and sail (our set-up is to the mm of the instructions/diagram online). So, we don’t appreciate the sun that continuously blinds us as it comes between the sail and the beam.

I have given two stars today because we have had our mosquito met for a little over 6 weeks and the straps have already torn because of the wind. They torn at the 4 week mark. We now have it affixed with zip ties which are doing a better job. More time needs to go into making the mosquito net stronger. We are disappointed with the money we spent in the mosquito net.

Delivery was delayed by 4 days. Hopefully, it doesn’t delay again. If so, satisfaction will go down.
In the future maybe be more conservative on delivery

Well designed product. But you need better quality control! One pocket on my three way connector had a large weld in the in side bottom, fortunately I was able to trim the 4x4 corners to accommodate fitting!
Also it would be nice if you made the actual foot print dimensions more obvious. Mine was larger than I had planned for.

I purchased 2 pergolas and the table with benches and shade sails etc.

The shade sail for a 10x10 pergola was too big then the hammock for a 10x10 pergola was too small?

The table came with 1 wrong part and 1 correct part

The second pergola was missing 4 brackets that are "lost in customs" which is apparently my problem?

Customer service tells customers to kick rocks when issues come up. I am blown away this company has even any good reviews.

The TOJA GRID site is very easy to navigate. I was able to custom order a shade cover for my pergola. The directions were very informative and simple. It looks as if my product is going to arrive a couple weeks early. It has been a great experience

We love the look of the shade sail but he buckles need a lot of improvement. They slide out of place very easily, and let the sail sag in even slight wind. We have not been in love with the product.

TOJA has not adequately planned for lumber tolerances and as such the brackets do NOT fit properly

Haven’t received the product yet but the ordering process was simple. I purchased a kit from Toja because their support is 2nd to none. A pleasure to work with

This is my 3rd shade sail I purchased. The first one, the tie downs all frayed and broke due to rubbing on the metal supports. The second one I bought, I put rubber on the metal supports and 3 of the tie downs stitching broke off. Mind you, I take the sail down whenever there is going to be strong winds. If the metal supports were rounded and not flat, that might prevent the tie down from fraying and breaking.

Toja Grid is a great product. We currently have a double pergola and I am adding small area for the grill. Quality is top notch and packaging ensures products are delivered without damage. Follow the instructions and you will be satisfied with the results.

I believe one of the best, if not the best, is your customer service. Alyssia was so kind and helpful in clarifying everything for me. She followed through exactly as she said she would. She is definitely an asset to the company.

Perhaps, you explanations recording KNECT products could be clearer and stated more than once.

Quality brackets, excellent customer service and quick delivery of products which are well packed.

Their return policy and unwillingness to work with me. After spending over $15K on their stuff, I had two pieces that I did not use (>$600 worth). They would not let me return because it passed the 14 day window. In a climate where lumber delays 3 months and contractors require all materials on site to start. The pieces are not used in orig boxes and they gave no explanation, just 14 days. Super sour taste that I cannot continue supporting. I reached out in Oct, and they responded via email. I hunted their email in my spam folder and they were unwilling to take the return. No damage to the product, I would pay the huge restocking fee, and still a no. You've lost a bunch of future $s here in Boise!

I bought a Toja Grid for my yard, but unfortunately the sails did not fit. I wrote to Toja Grid and said that I need to buy two custom sails, and asked that they return my sails as a partial credit against my new order. They said no. I even offered to shoot some images of my project for their social media, but they declined. Disappointing experience all round.

Absolutely excellent products. Went together like an easy LEGO set. Looks beautiful. Shade sails survived 70 mph winds here in Norther California. I have never seen this quality before! So I just ordered another one :-) Also...EXCELLENT customer service!
