Tom is Awesome! I highly recommend him. I am a small business owner located in the United States. I have hired Tom 4 or 5 times over the past 5 years for Wordpress website development projects. Tom has always delivered results that have exceeded my expectations. Not only is he a great software developer but he also contributes to ideas about the project in the planning phase.
