The service and the platform have been awesome! I haven't seen much similar services and I'm not even sure they exist - I used to play along with a minus and paper notes and Tomplay takes the playing experience to the next level - it is much easier for a non-pro to play and the catalogue is awesome, it has all the famous hits from any time period. Of course, it's never enough but guys keep updating it regularly. I'm simply happy with Tomplay and have been using them for a third year now.

I thought I had cancelled my subscription after it automatically renewed last year, but I clearly hadn't. As I hadn't used the account through the whole year and didn't intend to start, I immediately wrote to Tomplay to explain my mistake and ask for a refund for the year. I explained that I really could not afford to pay this money.

They very quickly replied that they did not typically do re-funds (understandable) but they say I hadn't used the account in over a year, and agreed to a refund.

I cannot tell you both how relieved I was to have the money, but more so that I felt like a human being and had been treated as such by Tomplay. It's depressing how rarely that happens, but I am just so thankful for them for that and they have gone up massively as a company I now trust.

Excellent music catalog. Love the tools there are very helpful for practicing. My son used it for his Trombone and Piano. Way to go for learning and practicing

Wow! This app is amazing Over 70,000 songs Play at your own pace, record your practicing what can I say? You have to give it a try you won’t be disappointed. The customer service is outstanding. I had a minor issue. They took care of it right away with multiple feedback to make sure everything was OK. It’s a very good app with A very good Customer service department

A great app for musicians - professional and amateur
It's functionality is excellent, graphics are attractive, and the choice of music available is impressive. It helped my piano playing significantly - my only complaint is that I still haven't completely mastered Rach 2. But to Tomplay, thanks for the inspiration nonetheless.

The product platform is excellent with access to a variety of tracks for my music tuition, choir practice and instrument practice. I would like a few more on the choir section of songs to choose from. I've signed up for the Yearly Membership which is great value. There was a glitch preventing me from signing up with my discount. The Zendesk/Customer Support was first class.
There are weeks and months of music-making and I'm having a Saxophone party with the tracks that I've discovered. Some of the music is hard to find so I am so pleased to have discovered Tomplay.

The Tomplay platform is literally a game changer for any musician starting out or already professionals.

I started out with learning one song and practicing with Tomplay became addictive. I currently have 214 songs that I can play now. My confidence level has skyrocketed. I love the fact that I have the backing tracks that are of professional quality, and I never have to rely on a band showing up to perform with me.

I push myself and always play the most advanced transcriptions that Tomplay can transcribe. On the more advanced Jazz tunes, I love that I can slow down isolate and loop where I need to focus my practice on.

I don’t know what I would do without Tomplay and I hope they continue their awesome platform and I’m glad to be a part of it.

Augustin and the entire crew at Tomplay are excellent at correspondence and it really shows how much they care about their business in making playing instrument more fun and educational at the same time.

I cancelled my two week free trial on its final day. I had found barely any free sheet music that was suitable, and one that were suitable, were too expensive. Having cancelled on day 14, of a 14 day free trial, I found to my horror that £97 had been taken out of my bank account, 1 day early. I am trying to get that money back, but the customer service lady, over the phone would not talk to me about refunds, nor give me her name when I asked for it. I have contacted Tomplay via the contact form and by email, but they so far will not refund me, not pass me onto a manager to talk to. I am now having to go through my bank to start the process to get the refund. Terrible customer service with no empathy, nor any willingness to help.

After a 14-day trial period I discovered that tomplay is not suitable for my target group. Despite my cancelation they continued a paid subscription for one year. I asked for a refund but I don't receive any response.

I'm having a Music party every day. Before Tomplay I was having to buy individual tracks for my choir. Now everything is in one place. I am also a sax jazz player and the ability to play with tracks and improvise is fantastic. I had an IT issue and within a day the team were able to help. Thank you, I have already introduced it to some of my students.

Tomplay is a great tool for aspiring musicians to use in order to expand their repertoire. It was thoughtfully designed and made simple to use. Additional feature developments on the way as I am told, like hearing your play and adjusting the auto scroll to your progress in the piece versus an adjustable BPM rate. Looking forward to that improvement with auto scroll.

Great tracks take your music to a different level

I have been using Tomplay for about a year now. I play tenor sax, baritone sax and I have an EMEO electronic practice sax that can play various instrument sounds ( all saxophones, flute, flugelhorn, cello ) This enables me to play a great variety of different types of music. I started with jazz and blues and liked the ability to improvise to the tracks. I have also branched out into different genres using the different instruments and difficulty levels made is easier to do so.

At first I purchased individual songs and then was tempted to buy the yearly subscription. I was impressed by the ability to slow down the tempo to learn the piece initially,and then to be able to loop sections to get them right. I also like the ability to record myself playing with sound and video

The quality of the backing music itself is excellent and consistent whichever genre I use.

I suppose the only negative thought I have is that when it comes to the subscription renewal I will lose access to all the backing tracks except the ones I initially paid for before the subscription took effect. This means you have to renew to keep the music you have used during the year. I will, however, be renewing anyway because I really enjoy using this app and it has increased the amount of practice I do, so improving my playing ability and confidence.

This product is amazing, you can use at your pace, the catalog is full of great songs! In case you need anything from their side, Customer Support is always there to help. 100% recommended.
