I signed up for a subscription but unfortunately was unable to download the app on my device. As I had already paid for the year I requested a refund which was initially refused. However after Customer Services reviewed my case I have now actually received the refund. I am very impressed that Réne went to the trouble of following this up for me. I feel that I have been treated very fairly and considerately.

I just love this app, i've been using this app for 2 years & its becouse of this i can now read music! I dtarted of has beginner and slowed the music right down and progressed from there, all of which you can do in the app, also, it shows you the music cover (no other does) and a preview of the song, you can also loop, great for practicing those tricky sections! Then you have the yearly competition and the all new fab monthly challenges! Keep up the great work Tomplay!

This is a great App. I am using it for Piano Play, with nice Features like annotations, playing along. Also it has a good set of notes to download.

As an intermediate flute player, I can say that Tomplay has significantly enhanced my skills. Love the flexibility of looping difficult parts in a song to practice until perfect. Every fall they offer a discount on gift cards. Don't forget to cancel the automatic renewal of your current subscription before the renewal date. Then apply the gift card to renew your subscription.

I really love tomsplay. Arrangements are awesome. It brought music back to my life

I've been using Tomplay for the last few months. I've been a saxophone player since 1988. Played in several school groups through middle school, high school, college, and right after college until around 2005. As I've gotten older, it's harder to find groups that fit my interests that will also fit into the small timeslots available due to work, family, and other commitments. When my daughter started playing the saxophone in middle school band in 2020, I started to pick it back up, as well.

Until Tomplay came around, I was kind of stuck playing etude books and old Jamey Aebersold play-a-long CDs. While I enjoyed playing with etude books and CDs, that experience never really felt like performing and rehearsing with an ensemble. When I started using Tomplay in late 2024, it felt like playing with an ensemble that was available on my schedule that also wanted to play whatever I was interested in playing. The variety of music is great, and I was even surprised to see some classical saxophone pieces in there with full accompaniment along with fun jazz and popular music. There is plenty to keep me busy for years. I like the variety of difficulty levels for learning a new tune. The ability to change the accompanying parts and modulate the tempo really helps add to the real rehearsal experience that you get. That's something that I felt was missing from playing along with CDs or playing etude books. Pair everything with a decent Bluetooth speaker (using a JBL Charge 4), and you can really rock out with the backing track and lose yourself in the experience.

Support has been top notch, and the reception from the support team for taking requests for new music is great. Looking forward to many more great lunch break rehearsals with the Tomplay orchestra!

Tomplay is the best! I have been using Tomplay for about 6 months. I love playing along to a piece of music while looking at the notes on my computer. I love that I can change the tempo, play with or without accompaniment and so much more. It's great that I can print the music as well. Recently I had a questions about a piece of music that I needed the piano accompaniment part to and they were very quick in responding the following day and answered my question. I highly recommend using Tomplay for all your music needs.

I never thought that one day our house would not only be filled with the sound of our child playing an instrument, but being filled with music I love accompanied by my own kin of 11 years old. No more spending and eternity learning the instrument before learning the joy of playing music - it’s the power of the app to quickly bring you in to being a part of the music that makes it so special. So much so, I look forward to all the new releases that come out each week and the time I get to spend jamming together to our favourite songs - imagine when we played ‘Cat’s in the cradle’! My child’s confidence in all areas of life has grown exponentially since we started with Tomplay, who even indulged a special request to add a favourite classic of mine to the repertoire, all the while keeping me posted on my request as they went from acknowledging the request through the various stages required to being able to publish it. Outstanding customer service! This is truly one of the best investments that I’ve ever made. The benefits of music are well documented, add to that being able to play music, is just such a wonderful gift in life.

Drum-on!🤘

I've been using Tomplay interactive tracks for the past approx. 10 months and I play a variety of tracks daily. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE AND SWEAR BY TOMPLAY. IT IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!! Furthermore, Tomplay's technical and support staff are extremely responsive, supportive, and quick to make reasonable fixes. They are VERY responsive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOMPLAY!

For me the 5 star rating its simple, it gives me another avenue to practice which has added intrinsic value. And for me, for app works flawlessly most of the time. Many of the 1 star complaints are about auto renewal, and I can understand, it's an unfortunate aspect of buying courses on the internet these days. All that would be needed for Tomplay to be of a company with the highest integrity in my opinion, is a one or two week reminder before the subscription renews. I myself would prefer that auto renews didn't exist anywhere on the internet, especially since there is no incentive economically to renew automatically. It is a bit of a trap. But that said. I will renew because I actually love Tomplay. It makes my practicing that much more enjoyable. And the new scales with orchestral accompaniment is an absolutely welcome addition to practicing scales! So, if I had a comment for customer service, I would suggest if you are going to keep auto renew, give the customer a one week warning, and hopefully there would be no complaints if they fail to terminate the contract in advance.

My daughter used this app for several years and loves the variety of music available to her.
She especially enjoyed how she could adapt the level of songs to where she was at.
She even showed her piano teacher during one of her lessons, and her teacher was so impressed with the app that she signed up as well.
I would highly recommend this app for any musician.

Tomplay is absolutely fabulous!! I've been using it nearly 2 years now & use it almost every day (& miss playing when I don't). The range of music for me, as an intermediate player, is fabulous & I use it for my carehome work. The range of music covers most genres & the differing skill levels of each piece are great too. For beginners there is extra help too... if wanted, showing visual tips for fingering, metronome playing through the piece, scrolling bar line to keep you in place, visual and/or audible counting in to the piece & more. Practice tools like changing the tempo & looping sections to practice over & over are brilliant. Also the way you can switch off certain sections of the backing... If you feel you need the support of the lead instrument to back you up, it's there. Then turn that line off when you feel ready to fly solo & strut your stuff! 😁 I find the instrument choice fabulous too as I use brass, woodwind, piano, vocal versions (it's so versatile). The ability to make your own play lists is fab & I have 'mood' folders & 'venue' folders for all the different occasions & different people I play with. I really do heartily recommend Tomplay to anyone thinking of trying it.

This App is fantastic for learning the Drums! This is great with the visual scores! Beautiful Awesome experience! Great Customer Service very Friendly! I just wish there was more worship music for drums. My many Favorite Songs is "Shall We Gather At The River". I love This App it's Wonderful!! Five Star App!

I experienced an issue with my account necessitating a request for help on their site portal. Within a day or so they responded and resolved it. Refreshing and wholly satisfying. :)

I started with Tomplay 18months ago when I bought my first tenor saxophone. Tomplay has many genres of music and I like that variety, even though I concentrate on jazz. The backing tracks with scores have taught me to sight read within 6 months, which is really great. The recent (December 2024) addition of scales, with scores and backing tracks, is fantastic. The scales are even in levels from beginner to advanced. I Bluetooth Tomplay from iPad to a guitar amp and have a great jazz evening in my spare bedroom. Tomplay has accelerated my playing ability and enabled me to sight read music. I can’t recommend it enough. If you are still undecided then do what I did at the beginning; try a month for free before buying, you truly will not regret a moment of it. Happy learning and playing to you all. Thanks Tomplay

Only with them for about a month. Got the yearly subscription. Seems absolutely awesome so far. Just had a chat with Pablo on their help line -- amazing service. Responded quickly, made it so easy and clear for me. Delighted with what this company offers, and I've barely touched it so far. A massive collection of music, offered in a fascinating way, with so many options.
