This app works amazingly well 99 times out of 100 it has saved me the expense of long distance calls

Do you remember phone cards? Cheap calls for the masses? Not sure if they still exist. I guess they've been replaced by apps like Toolani - a digital phonecard. I call USA, Ireland and Malaysia regularly and I have to keep checking to see how much credit I have left after a long call. Surprisingly, very little is used. Toolani is really cheap! Nice interface and easy to use.

Fast connection. Crystal clear line. All the way to Australia! And low cost to boot!!!

The service is always excellent, talk to my mom in Lithuania from Uk for hours for few pennies. Brilliant!

Worked brilliantly until the end of September. Then when I added extra credit, mysteriously stopped working. Customer services responded promptly but blamed my service provider. My service provider had no knowledge of any ongoing issue with Toolani and asked if I could provide further details. When I requested this information from Toolani and enquired about a refund I heard nothing - radio silence. Regardless of whether there is an issue with my service provider, the app has stopped connecting calls, costing me a fortune in 24 hours with work-related overseas calls. Have now downloaded an alternative app which, strangely, works just fine on the same phone as I used before. Still waiting for a refund and any further communication from Toolani. Would not recommend anymore. A real shame as it was great before.
Toolani have since informed me that their service is no longer compatible with Vodaphone. While they assure me the problem lies with Vodaphone, this remains an issue going forward. Made worse by the fact Vodaphone claim there is no issue. All dealings with Toolani were speedy and polite and part of the money on my account was refunded. I have since subscribed to another cheap call provider and it's working fine. To sum up: Toolani is still great; just as long as you're not a Vodaphone customer

They provide an exceptional service at a very low cost which has enabled me to keep in regular contact with close family members in different parts of the world.

Great same time we need to keep connecting again again

Toolani is brilliant. Easy to use, great value for money and extremely reliable especially for international calls. I was with another supplier before and the calls would either not connect or cut out repeatedly. Highly recommend.

I first heard about toolani about one year ago and have been using their service for international phone calls since, I simply dial through to toolani on my mobile, once connected enter the whole number of whom you want to speak to. It is easy, it works and I would recommend it.

I recommend Toolani for overseas calls to anybody. Calls are an excellent quality and great value. I have been using the service for years and only once I had a problem when my call was disconnected every 2 to 3 mins. I contacted Toolani and problem was investigated and fixed. Thank you for exceptional service.

Great app. I use it for years

I absolutely love the service by Toolani. Great quality, great service, great value. I also like 2 important features - 1) it can recognize several phone #'s associated to your account - not just 1 phone number. for example, it can recognize my land line, my cell phone, my wife's cell phone, etc .... all associated to my account, so that I can call from any of those lines when making a Toolani call - I use it to make international calls - both to landline and mobile lines. The call rates are at amazing prices, at least to the countries that I am calling
2) Toolani provides a general access number, and then you can dial the number you want to reach. It allows you to store up to 10 numbers, which allows you to call directly to those lines, rather than call the General Toolani Access number followed by the number you want to reach, in other words it is one-step call. I use that feature (i..e my saved #s) with the people I reach more frequently. I would love it if the stored numbers could be extended from 10 to 20 say. Right now, it allows you to store only 10 numbers. You can edit and replace the stored numbers, but it would be nice if I could save/store more than 10 numbers.

Thank you Toolani for offering a great service. I have used other calling cards/services, but they do not come anywhere close to the quality and service that you provide.
