For a non tech newbie the website was not as easy to work with as I would have liked. However, my query was dealt with very professionally by Matt in sales and the service I received was excellent although I didn't want a standard product.

I stay in Inverness and Free Delivery is unusual and if it is free it usually means Sometime Delivery! This took 26½ hours from confirmation of the order to delivery – Excellent *****

Good to see a company who are honest and are not profiteering from the cost of delivery to the North of Scotland…… Inverness is on the mainland not in the Isles as a lot of companies believe.

Apart from a small issue with the website order system, which was sorted with Matt from IT, it all went fine.

The online ordering system is very simple and easy to use. The prices are good and I've received my order with no problems. I wish they had a greater variety of wood available in the sizes I require as it is hard to find, but this is not really a flaw with the company.
