Good service!
I needed a light summer weight snood to help prevent the horrible foxtail grass seeds getting into my working cockers ears - this happened last year and he needed sedating at the vets to get it removed! These grasses are everywhere! Otdering was easy online. The snood came quickly and my dog accepted wearing it without bother.

Awful customer service
My order has still not arrived after 20 days. I have called the company, no answer, seconds later a txt saying leads are posted by letter but royal mail priority is parcels. Ive messaged again but not had a reply, awful customer service

Poor Quality Waterproof Snoods
Bought a waterproof snood 2 weeks ago and it is becoming discoloured and the waterproof coating peeling off already with minimal use.
I did buy 2 snoods and was able to return one without any problems though.
