I’ve bought some screen protectors for my Apple Watch about 3 weeks ago, they’ve sent the wrong size instead. So I’ve been emailing them and said that they will send the correct item back. So waited another week and come up with nothing. Therefore I’ve emailed them so many times again and didn’t reply after a long week. After that they’ve emailed me about the item and said that they will send it again. So waited another week and it come up with nothing.
This is very frustrating and upsetting. I’ve been waiting for 3 long weeks and still nothing.

Payment was taken but no confirmation of order. Had to write twice to get delivery confirmed . it took over 2 weeks and only half the order arrived. I ordered a case plus screen protector for a Samsung galaxy s20. Case arrived screen protectors did not.

Ordered a phone cover.I didn't recieve a confirmation email. Delivery said 4-5days at day 10 no cover so I emailed company and at day 19 still no reply and no phone cover. After posting a review on their website I got a refund

I ordered an iPad Air 1 Ultra Thin T-Rex smart case. The wrong product was delivered but never managed to get the right product.

I had to give you one star only because there's not a minus star,because frankly this is one too many stars. 3 weeks ago I ordered a phone case, paid for it, and thats where it ends. Been shafted well and truly, I don't know how you can go to sleep at night, your just a common theive and karma will bite you in the short an curly and I can't wait for it too happen.

Never received the item that I purchased and they took my money. Don’t respond to emails, no contact what so ever, oh and their reviews are fixed.

Bought leather case for my S8 - item never arrived and zero comms from seller. Chased several times and ended up resolving through paypal. Never again!

I ordered a cover for a Samsung S7 Edge online on the 1st September and the only confirmation I received was from WorldPay CARD. I emailed The company on Wednesday 9th September for an update, but to date have not received a reply. Is this some kind of a scam?

After posting this review, I received an email from from Aamir Khan on the 15th September advising that he would send a case if in stock or else refund. Still not received today 1st October.

I have used Topgadgets for the purchase of two items - a case for my ipad and a protective cover for my iphone. The items that I chose came undamaged within the delivery time promised. I have been pleased with the service that this company have provided and would not hesitate to use them again.

I ordered a case for a Samung S10 lite. Paid immediately and trusted this seller they replied saying they had received my order and it was being processed huh. Since then I have emailed them twice with no reply from them. Waste of my time and hard earned money think 6 weeks is long enough.

Item didn't arrive. Emailed vendor, they mailed back and sent a replacement but wasn't what I ordered. Currently unresolved.

My order was dealt with promptly.
Unfortunately I ordered the wrong item. This also was dealt with quickly and my order was cancelled and no money taken.
Iopgadget again but make sure I ordered the correct item.

I ordered 2 Phone cases for Samsung S20 Ultra, with phone protector already broken and flip cover doesn't close properly.
and second order was wrong item and given Samsung S20 plus, have to return both in one envelope as I have to pay for postage.
now just waiting for my refund.
