Listen to the reviews and do not buy

Listen to the reviews and do not buy from this store. The product was falsely advertised. I purchased this hat specifically because the listing showed it without a pom-pom. The item I received was different than what was pictured and included a pom-pom.

I called customer support twice and emailed them and never received a response. This is misleading advertising and poor customer service. Don’t waste your time or money—purchase from a reputable company that delivers the correct product and stands behind what they sell.

I won the raffle on the bubble boy lebrons , & williams made it very simple for me to complete the transaction. First time ordering from tops and bottoms, everything was legit !
definitely will continue to order through them.

Williams was amazing

Williams was amazing! I needed some shoes for my twin nieces and buying 2 of everything adds up. My problem was solved in less than 5 minutes, I even purchased another pair of shoes as a Christmas because of the help! Will definitely recommend Williams and I will be back!

Big "W" raffle!
What other brand calls & DMs you to let you know you won!? On TOP of that they sent the invoice while being on the phone.

Very friendly staff member Williams called making it an easy & smooth transaction.
