James has done a great job. He has crafted a cover letter and resume that is tailored perfectly to the role I am applying for. The new role is different from my current role and experience but James has created a cover letter using the skills I gained in old role and expressing them in terms that work for the new role. Also original role i applied for was withdrawn and there was a very similar role I was applying to as alternative and James had revisited the docs for me and updated to suit. I felt supported and they understand the grind looking for a new job.

The writer who was assigned to build my resume, Marcus, was friendly and helpful. Responses from him were quick, from answering my questions, building out my resume, and revising my resume based on the feedback I've provided.

I only had one minor issue where an older draft of my resume was emailed to me by mistake, thankfully that was resolved very quickly.

Overall, I am satisfied what the service provided.
