Great communication and service
Was hunting for some small form factor parts for a lounge VR PC build which are harder to source, staff spotted a hardware incompatibility I'd missed, suggested an alternative then were able to order in and courier out my parts for super fast delivery and all for only slightly more expensive that dealing with multiple online stores.
Since then they're my go to first site now for any new hardware needs.

We have to change our order at last minute after it was placed. There was not an issue. We need the laptop urgently. That was also easily arranged. It was great to be able to deal with a real person who knows what customer service means.
