I sent $20,000

I sent $20k to them to add to my account to invest, I sent it from a business account (my business 100% owned by me) to my Totality account. They didn’t except an incoming payment from my business & wanted last 3 months of company bank account statements. This I sort of get why due to money laundering issues amongst other things, but it’s private information about my companies finances so I asked (phone call) to get the money sent back to the account it came from & was told it will take over two weeks to get the money returned. This is supposedly an Australian company based in Australia & the money I sent was from an Australian company sent from NAB. Why does it take more than two weeks to return???

Terrible service and unexplained fees

Totality failed to process a withdrawal request and charged USD 25.00 for the privilege(!). Helpdesk phone calls have not followed up with any action. All actions with SaxoMarkets/Totality over several years have been protracted and required follow-ups. Their communications are minimal at best - terse notifications in their application - and provide no tracking reference. The help-desk staff can only refer enquiries to the back-end staff, with only verbal assurances, which are typically not followed through.
I eventually moved with customary difficulty and frustration over to CMC Invest, where things are significantly better. Totality are among the worst organisations I've ever encountered. Steer clear of these rogues.

The Worst platform in australia and…

The Worst platform in australia and probably in the world
Totality designed a second hand platform on top of an existing one and the system is full of glitches. I used to use saxo which was great but since they took over they ran it in the ground. The ceo is not aware and has his head in the sand. Shocking trading platform, please stay away from them. Many other options out there which work and are more professional.
