Simple and straight forward instructions at each stage to configure the app to cover all vulnerability on my device ,all terms used were explained and how to activate them in settings could not have been more helpful.

I'm not very technical and computers baffle me. Total VPN was easy to download , easy to follow and I am very satisfied with it. Plus the price is extremely reasonable.

I have tried a few others but they never gave me what I wanted peace of mind but Total VPN does the job as the saying goes it does what it says on the tin. Definitely worth 5 Stars would recommend it

Well, I have used total on and off for over 10 years now, and while other systems seem ok at the start, after a while they seem to have problems, or they do not live up to what they say they are. Take Norton for example it is very hard to follow. Also, lastly Total dose not screw up your computer. Thank You.

It works as it should. It's great that you can cancel after one month of subscription.

Good price, works ok. Maybe those annoying upgrade offers, just after purchase are not necessary.

I enjoy the ease of using the VPN, and the options it allows.. feels quite safe and secure.

I have no feedback as to whether the system is indeed working , but I trust that it is, What I can speak to is the ease with which I was able to add my iphone to the coverage. Everything was smooth and easy, with reminders and prompts along the way. Good follow up is important.

The only reason I cancelled the service was that I had no use for it. I downloaded it to try to fix an app on my computer, but it didn't work, so I didn't need the program. I had no complaints; it worked as described. If I ever need the service in the future, I'll make sure to come back

I'm glad to have a VPN at a reasonable price. However, I did experience some frustrating technical issues while signing up. The option to sign up for an account, required for installation, popped up /during installation/ onto my computer. This interrupted the process, generated a few confusing contradictory emails, and essentially created two accounts. I'm still receiving e-mails instructing me to install the VPN... while I'm using the VPN to read the e-mail! It's frustrating, but it does appear to be working.
