I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with TotalVPN. I explicitly went into my account settings and disabled auto-renewal well before my subscription ended because I did not want to continue the service.
Despite this, they just charged me €99 (Invoice #INV111229705) completely without my consent. It is unacceptable to charge customers who have actively opted out of the renewal.
I have submitted a ticket demanding an immediate refund and the deletion of my account. If you are thinking of using this service, be very careful—disabling auto-renew does not seem to stop them from taking your money.

Very slow VPN
I have recently purchased a VPN, however it was extremely slow. So I decided to cancel my membership within an hour of purchase. After that, I had to go through such a long process only to get my money back. I switched to another provider which I am happy with, however I would not reccommend Total VPN after my experience with them.
Additionally, I am giving 2 * ONLY for active communication from their side.

Generally good, but would be fine, to ensure lesser lowering of speed. I have 900/900 Mbits via optic and with your VPN in same country aka clicked on "fastest", I had 450-500/600...upload is not so important to me.

I am located in Portland OR, connect to PORTLAND OR VPN service site. However, searches for places NEAR ME bring up Sites in CALIFORNIA. This has always been happening and I have waited patiently for the software to correct. Over a year and still the same issue. Please provide some help in getting this issue resolved. I chose TotalVPN because you had a local VPN site, but that appears to be incorrect. You have NO service in Portland, OR.

Effective but difficult to cancel
This service is effective but they make it really difficult to cancel. When trying to contact them the support link doesn't work and when I hit the cancel link they still put through a charge on my credit card 2 weeks before they were due to renew it. I have used Total Adbloc for years and found it useful, but I am going to cancel both Total VPN and Total Adbloc because they are lame and make it way too hard to manage my payment or account online. I am having to dispute this charge through my credit card company to reverse the incorrect charges
