renewal £500 more than last year
Just had my renewal £500 more than last year without a claim or licence change whist other quotes are around £300! No reasons given when I contacted them….so much for Toyota brand loyalty

Everything went so smoothly on renewal.didn’t have to waste time telling them all my age, birthdate mothers maiden name as they had it all on record . Only thing I would like to see changed is the time the email came ( midnight ) to ask me for a review.

Our No Claim Discount eligibility, is made available online prior to purchase and confirmed by agents if the insurance is purchased directly with us.
If you have earned No Claim Discount, and wish to apply it to this policy, this must:
• have been earned in your name as the policyholder
• be issued by a Financial Conduct Authority approved motor insurer who is licensed to trade in the UK
• be earned in the UK (not abroad) on a private motor car insurance policy (we do not accept proof from company car, company insured car, motor trade, motorcycle, van or classic car policies)
• be less than 24 months old
• not be currently used to insure another vehicle.
