Got some toys as a gift from this site and needed to exchange - good luck getting in touch with them! No answered emails or phone calls, tried so many times. Don't trust them.

I never received most of my…

I never received most of my merchandise. But the money was taken out of my account. The only item I received was the puffy stickers. Which came from Amazon.

Bitten by ToyTooth

I placed an order 12/13/25 and received confirmation of order. 9 days later, I attempted an online chat w/o success, called X 2 and left message and sent an email asking about my order. I submitted a dispute to Mastercard. 4 days later I received an email asking me to withdraw my dispute, so we could resolve it directly, and references were made to my original email. This told me my email was received and ignored until I filed a complaint with Mastercard. I received my order 18 days after place, after Christmas, after I replaced the gift with another and only after I submitted a dispute with Mastercard. I only withdrew my hold on account when I received the merchandise. I received no further communication from the company. I will not order again and suggest you shop elsewhere.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I had placed an order on 12/10. As they instruct to track the package, I downloaded the "Shop" app. The only thing it shows is order is "on the way" (from the 10th). That was the last bit of info I received from them. I have tried contacting them 3 times with no response. No tracking #, no status, and no assistance whatsoever. Look elsewhere!

SHOPPERS BEWARE!

I placed an order on the 3rd. Never got a confirmation email that the order was placed. After sending an email requesting the confirmation email with tracking details (which I got no reply), a week later I get the confirmation email that the order was placed.

Since then I have been trying to get in touch with this company to get shipping details. Their Shopify store is garbage. It does not provide an transparency in regards to shipping details. I called, no answer, only voicemails (which seemed like a cell), and sent countless emails. All unresponsive.

Finally, today I got shipping details with tracking information, and the tracking number provided does not work!

Again, I sent them an email. They finally replied, but it was a completely underwhelming response i.e. "They do not know why the tracking number does not work"

If I could give ZERO stars

If I could give ZERO stars, I would.
I ordered Bilingual Talking Flash Cards on December 4th. As of today, I received NOTHING. I sent two emails to customer support, called two times, left detailed messages and still I have no response. I am currently on the phone with my credit card company getting the refund. It is not much money, but it's the principal. Chase Bank will now get their money back from this fraud operation's bank.

Ordered a toy for my kids

Ordered a toy for my kids. Said was it was delivered according to the tracking QR code, but I can't see any info after it flashed that it had been delivered. I can't get the QR code to pull it up again. Called the phone number and no one ever answered. On the order status it doesn't give any info of the delivered item.

Do Not Order From This Company!

I ordered a Christmas gift on 12/12 and it was to be shipped 3-5 business days later. It was never shipped and when I went to the website after that, it was now listed as "Sold Out". I was never notified of it not being available, yet they still went on to charge my credit card for a product they didn't even have in stock and ready to ship! The online costumer support chat feature has completely ghosted me. I'm trying to cancel my order right now, but I have bad feeling about getting a refund...

This company. When the box arrived, only one set was in the box. I have sent no fewer than 6 emails and attempted to call the clearly fake number listed. Every response I get is a canned response that uses the tracking number for the box mailed with no acknowledgment of the missing items that were never packed. I have tried everything I can think of and now I’ll just be going to my credit card company. Avoid at all cost

I am extremely upset by this outcome!
I ordered this product on 11.22.
It was lost in shipment.
I received an email asking me if I wished to have it resent.
I confirmed that I did on 12.11.
Then on 12.18 I received another email, telling me this product is no longer in stock.
This is incredibly disappointing, and now, with Christmas being less than a week away, I will need to acquire a replacement gift.

I ordered gifts for Christmas, still waiting. I called there customer service number, the first time I called they answered and said I should get a tracking number the next day never received the tracking number that was a week ago. I keep calling back the answer the phone and just set it down and won’t talk so I have no idea if the package will come before Christmas or if this was a scam I would suggest not to use this site. I am going to see if my bank can give me a refund.

ATTENTION - please do not use this site for any purchase. They take your money the day of the purchase and then they give you a refund a few days after with no reason whatsoever.
