Avoid like WuFlu

Avoid like WuFlu, they're a mess.
We ordered two birthday gifts more than a week before the date and were charged the full price prior to shipping. Days later we're advised that they are ready to ship but, oops, they will ship from abroad, 4 months later. "Do I still want them?" Huh. Called (to someplace foreign) to cancel the entire order but never received the promised email confirm. Now, weeks later, it appears they DID send partial (maybe entire) order. Letting the credit card company sort out the dispute.

I was very happy with the game I ordered. It came quickly even with a delay because of the fires in California. Toytooth kept me informed and up to date on the package. It was in perfect condition. I will definitely order from them again.

I ordered an item. Was charged. ToyTooth said it shipped. Was unable to provide any tracking number. Told me to wait 48 hours. I followed up. They then said it was damaged in transit and returned to them. No refund given. If you call them they're in India. If you google their street address it's a storage locker in TX. If you look up their parent company, AMI Ventures, they have an F rating by the Better Business Buro. STAY AWAY.

Absolutely the worst experience in customer service

Just the worst customer service and ethics. No honor on policy.

Ordered a product on sale from them, 3 weeks later I contacted them and found out its lost in the mail; as it was sent and I never received it. Over several emails I tried to see what could be done. They offered to replace it, but after not finding it for the same price, they gave me a refund instead. Not what they offered, and not what I wanted.
They claimed it was out of stock, when really it was just not on sale anymore and they refused to send me a replacement, or allow me to buy it at the same sale price I originally found it at.

I would never recommend this seller to any friend. The opposite actually, I would recommend NEVER buying from ToyTooth ever.
