I was confused with how I had to through a furniture store to order carnivorous food ,is there a easer why to order plants and things I like. Update: Still Unsatisfied

Waste of time and money. I placed an order two weeks ago when their site said I should expect my product within 2-3 business days. According to my information, the order is still being prepared for shipment.
Have called and emailed several times, each time I've received absolutely no response.
Highly doubt they'll be getting my business again in the future.

I'll bet you anything those 5 star ratings about how their service was so fast were either paid for, or written by whoever owns the company.

Update: have gotten an update that a package is now in transit. Will provide further update upon arrival. Still not rating a higher star as they don't deserve it.

Impossible to get in contact with

Impossible to get in contact with. Half my order came yet I've been charged for all of it. Sent emails, left messages at their odd call center. Not a peep outta them. Order 4399. Won't ever purchase from here again. The product I did receive came quickly and I was excited to use them again, until half my stuff wasn't in the order. Beware of anything goes wrong with your order, which it will, you're not getting any help

Scam Site

Scam Site. Ordered a 3000 piece jigsaw. Order number TOY126015. Payment has been taken but no order history when logging back into site. No response to chat. Try to send a message and goes to a pages littered with weird code.

Liars 🤥

Ordered 4 dolls to the uk
They shipped all 4 out separately no idea why 3 had a global tracking and an evri tracking one had a global tracking no evri track kept asking for it said I’ll receive it in the time promised 8-12 business days
They then sent me
An email over night saying the parcel has been damaged and sent back to them I emailed no reply back said the tracking for global states it’s never be sent out I want my parcel not to be lied to!!!! Then nothing so go on live chat keep telling me it’s been shipped and I’ll get tracking once in uk asked why it’s different to the others again told I will get it in the time promised now saying 12-20 business days!!!!! Changing the time frame then I asked for the global tracking they sent me the original one I said no you are meant to be re sending it as this one was damaged they said they used the same tracking number!!!! They can’t do that just been lied to continuously with no reply’s back from my emails stay clear of them.

DO NOT BUY! Fake shop!!

DO NOT BUY!! I ordered from this shop to send to the UK. When chasing for my product they sent me a fake tracking number but put a hold on the order so I will never receive. When I called back they tried to say the item was held in customs. According to the courier they have never even given the package to them. I have yet to receive a refund. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

Malfunctioning puzzle box - seller won't do anything to resolve. Dishonest reply.

Ordered a puzzle box. It would not open per the instructions. Wrote to Toytooth. No answer. The second time I wrote, this is the reply I received: "Thank you for your email. We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. Unfortunately we do not have any information for this item. We would request you to contact the manufacturer directly.
