We used Tracks for the first time to purchase a car. Jack Gardener was amazing, he made the whole process of buying our car smooth and stress free. He was approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and just a great guy to deal with. One thing that really stood out for us was the fact that there was no pushy sales involved, Jack allowed us the time to sit and discuss our options before making our final decision on buying the car. Jack has restored our faith in dealing with car buying after a bad experience with a different car dealer. Thank you Jack and we will be sure to highly recommend you and Tracks to others.

Just bought our second Suzuki from Tracks, 5 years after buying the first. Will was very helpful once again and there was never any pressure to buy. Suzuki cars are great, but the quality of the dealer and their aftersales is almost as important to us as the car itself.

Consistent good service.
Compared to another Suzuki franchise which I have used in the past Tracks care that little bit more. I can recommend them.

Absolutely Brilliant
Everyone was so very helpful, friendly and polite, I left my car for a service and MOT. I had a text when she was ready and collected it less than 3 hours later. There were no problems and MOT passed, On top of this the car was valeted inside and out, no problems at all. Absolutely brilliant.
