Consistently high level of service.....
I've been a customer of Tracks in Exeter for 5+ years. They consistently deliver a high level of service across all departments. I could not ask for more. Tracks would be the first dealership I'd go to when considering a car upgrade.

Exceptional service
Service Coordinator Anita took on board my issues with travel to Exeter and pulled out all the stops to get my car fixed within two days, despite a very busy schedule. Very impressed.

Fantastic dealership
Fantastic dealership - I generally have a fairly low opinion of car dealerships, but Tracks Exeter are so much better than any others I have previously experienced. Very accomodating and friendly staff, who are proactive in terms of keeping you up to date, informing you of offers etc without being pushy as many others can be. Service plan is good value and the service process was very efficient (plus you get a 12 month warranty extension every time you have it serviced there) was given a nice courtesy car, they informed me of a couple of things that needed doing but didn't pressure me into feeling I had to have them do it there and then, and the car was ready to collect exactly when they said it would be.

I attended Tracks Suzuki Exeter for my vehicles annual service. I have a plan with Tracks which takes away all the worry about finding the money to cover the costs of a Service.
As usual, the staff were friendly and efficient and full report available before I left.
Always a pleasure to deal with them in Exeter.
