I low tract active it’s really made dog walks safer and more bc enjoyable

Gray and easy purchase, item delivered quickly , well packed and set up was simple .
Overall after using this tracker for two weeks I am really happy with my purchase. So far we were not in a situation when my dog has run away but been looking at the tracker where we are where have we been and this is very accurate , I did set up a 5 min delay but it’s still showing me exact route my dog has taken . I am happy with the light as well ( did not know anything about that at first ) and the sound it’s good idea but it’s not too loud .
Also good to see barking , sleeping heart rate , even you can put anxiety monitor on !!! Well impressed
Overall I would highly recommend this product

Customer service is atrocious!!

Been using tractive for 5yrs now. The product is decent and gives me peace of mind with my cat roaming around. However recently the tractive is not connecting to the network and I have been unable to track my cat anymore. I have gone through their reset process on the help section on their website 5 times now and it's not working. I've been trying to reach them for weeks now and they are not responding to me at. I'm paying for their premium plan which means I do have a free replacement under warranty. Paying over $100 a year for this service. You would think that I would get quick support but they do not respond to me at all. I've messaged them several times. They do not even have an email you can contact them with. Nobody has gotten back to me and I can't let my cat out anymore because my tractive isn't working. Please remind me why I'm paying for the premium service plan. This is not premium. This is b*******!!!

I cannot fault Tractive's customer service.
They have reacted quickly to replace lost trackers and questions when submitted have been answered very quickly. Thank you.

Great tracker. I bought two of these for my labradors.
Previously I was using the Pawfit tracker which is good but not as robust as the Tractive.
Battery life is good but I only use them about 4 hours a day - which requires a weekly charge at worst.
The app is smooth and I like the LIVE feature which allows you to track your dog in real time rather than in update mode.

Having a Tractive tracker on my dog has given me a great piece of mind.
My dog is an expert escape artist/runner, so knowing I will be able to find her if she does happen to give me the slip is so reassuring.
A while ago she did manage to get away from me and went across 2 roads and ended up in a school playground with the children. I managed to follow her and knew exactly where she was. She wasn’t missing for long thanks to Tractive.
Plus regular updates on improving the app very welcome.
A couple of months ago I also had a problem with my old tracker and there was no argument it was replaced straight away and I only had to pay for postage. (Win win)

Great while it works… however, the experience when things go wrong is disappointing.

I’ve been using Tractive trackers to monitor two pets, and when functioning properly the system is genuinely excellent—accurate tracking, good app interface, and overall very useful.

Unfortunately, one of my trackers developed a fault and stopped working. Support attempted a software fix, but it couldn’t be resolved. At that point, the proposed solution was to transfer the remaining subscription onto my other tracker.

The problem is that this doesn’t restore what I originally paid for. I had two active trackers to monitor two pets simultaneously, and now I’m left with only one working device—so I’ve effectively lost half the functionality.

They did offer a discounted replacement device, but this would have cost €49—more than the original purchase price of €30—which doesn’t feel like a reasonable resolution.

I understand that I didn’t take out their optional care plan, but this situation still leaves me paying for a level of service I can no longer use. A more appropriate outcome would have been either a replacement device at a fair cost or a partial refund for the unusable subscription.

In short: excellent product when operational, but limited support flexibility when hardware fails outside of additional coverage.

Tractive charges you a subscription to use the tracker! I was aware of this when purchasing however it was advertised as “£4 a month” so when the tracker arrived it asked me to pick a subscription in order for it to work - I went with the £4 a month option but Tractive charged me £240!!
I don’t have that kind of money just sitting around. Not happy and if I knew they charged like this instead of “monthly” as suggested I would not have been purchasing…!!!!

My dog chewed up his Tractive tracker and mangled the outer shell. Amazingly the electronics and lights all worked fine but I could not secure it on his harness. When I discovered I had purchased Tracker Care and filed a claim, the response and approval was immediate. I had a replacement shipped within 2 days and I only paid the shipping. The follow up communications have been good.

I am fairly new to Tractive, having previously been a customer of company that Tractive acquired. I recently changed to the Tractive tracker for my cat and am totally satisfied with the quality and performance of the Tractive unit. Will recommend the Tractive unit to my friends with cats and dogs.

Great real time tracking

Tractive Cat 6 mini is literally everything you'd ever need from a cat tracker. It's like your cat has their own smartwatch, plus the option of tracking. Finally a proper visible light too, and a longer battery life. Simple, intuitive app interface + awesome customer support (once I got an email reply within 3 minutes!) makes a match from heaven. Definitely recommended. I've been using it for several years now and will remain a faithful user.

This app is very useful. The signal is great and precise. The battery is very durable. I’m content.

I was very unhappy that it stopped connecting to the net work....but,,, what a great surprise to have such great customer service. They replied bee quickly and suggested what I should try to fix the problem when that didn't work they right away said they would replace it. And then,,,on top of that when I said I had returned the battery charger in error they instantly sent me a code to receive a new one free of charge. I couldn't have asked for better customer service.
