Easy to use app, cheaper than what I thought. It has really given us peace of mind when walking our working cocker spaniel. I would definitely recommend.

Great company. Anytime I’ve reached out for something they over deliver. After I got my tractive they came out with a new version and let me upgrade for free.

I would prefer being able to talk to a live person, but Tractive does not offer that option. We need to do everything via email. Tractive’s email system is very efficient. A representative gets back to you, usually within a day. I have always received detailed information in response to my questions and issues. In my most recent correspondence, my tracker was not working properly. I only had the tracker for about 6 months. I sent a video and screenshots of the problems. The Tractive representative agreed there was an issue and sent me a warranty replacement. I thought I might have issues trying set up the new tracker. I was very happy that was not the case. My phone recognized the new tracker number, and the new number transferred seamlessly into my phone. All the data I had initially put into the app, 6 months ago, was still there. The new tracker works very well now.

I feel that I I know were Analia is it gives me peace of mind.

Contacted via online form, replied within 24 hours, and once identified tracker was faulty, process to claim new one for free sent, easy to follow and only cost me £3.99 in delivery, and tracker is due to be delivered within 3 days.

I have used Tractive every day for 8 years and it’s excellent.

Unreliable - the battery drains quickly, often within 12 hours. Live tracking is slow to start and not precise (at best off by 4–5 meters). I often have to restart the app several times to get an accurate update. Would not recommend.

I’m really happy that I can finally know my dog is safe. Tractive always shows exactly where he is, how much he’s moved during the day, and even how well he slept. A big bonus is that the battery lasts a very long time (10+ days) and it’s waterproof. 🐕📍💙

I didn’t know that if you lost the tracker you would replace it. My jack Russell is always trying to go underground, and has to have a loose collar. Within 3 days I had a new one, and it was already connected. Very easy to use.site.

Device is a useful safety net, however, I find the lag not so useful. Sometimes it doesn’t update for several minutes and where my dog was 20 minutes ago may not be where he is now! I’d also like to make the home feature smaller, as he may be in the garden (unfenced) but I can’t pin point him. As I live on a farm, the access he has to outdoors is quite vast!

We have been using Tractive for 9 months now, and it is honestly the best purchase ever. There are lots of features within the app that offer a great peace of mind. Monitoring sleep, heart rate, respiratory rate and scratching is particularly helpful to me as a frenchie owner, where you are constantly worrying about health issues. The virtual boundary is amazing, with notifications so you can see if your pet has left your home and also the power saving zone supports the longevity of the battery meaning that the tracker lasts for ages before it needs charging. Such great value for money and I have never felt more relaxed about my pet’s whereabouts.

I’ve been using the Tractive DOG XL for about 10 days now, and I’m really satisfied so far. The tracker fits well on the collar, and my dog got used to it very quickly—it doesn’t bother him at all.

A big plus for me is the battery life—after 10 days of use, only about 30% has been used, which I honestly didn’t expect. I don’t have to worry about charging it all the time.

The app is clear and easy to use, and I especially appreciate the activity tracking and real-time location. It gives me a better overview of how much exercise my dog is getting and where he is at any given moment, which is very reassuring—especially on walks in unfamiliar areas.

Overall, I definitely see it as a great investment and would recommend it to anyone who wants better insight into their dog’s activity and more peace of mind.

​I am very impressed with the Tractive Mini! My one-year-old cat is just starting to explore the outdoors, and this device gives me great peace of mind. I can watch his movements in real-time to make sure he doesn’t wander too far. The virtual fence feature is also excellent for getting alerts if he enters an area he shouldn’t be in.
​The customer service is also top-notch. After I mentioned a signal issue in a previous comment, an employee contacted me in less than 24 hours to help. Everything is working great now. If your adventurous kitty is new to the outdoors, I highly recommend getting one of these to make sure they don’t get lost!

Arrived really quickly, super easy to set up, I live in a rural area and my spaniels regularly runs off all round our farm and woodland, and it’s a struggle to find him. We’ve not set safe areas and I get an alert as soon as he’s out this area. He’s now easy to find with the tracker. Also loads of health info, rather like a fit bit for a dog. Would recommend.
