Awful shopping experience
Awful shopping experience! After 7 days I rang to ask about my order and was told it had been lost and I can choose to resend it or have a refund. I choose to resent the parcel, again 1 week, wrote an email and was lost again. I've been told they will send the parcel next day delivery. Finally after another week I received the parcel which was delivered wet, fortunately this was a membrane, so no damage. In my opinion they couldn’t have cared less to be honest and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone….

**ATTENTION**
Would not advise buying from this company. Advertising items they dont have. Paid for a nailgun, didnt hear anything for two days, I emailed them to get the reply we will have to refund you as it’s not in stock. This was a week ago and I am still waiting for my refund. Quick to take my money for a product they don’t have and drag their feet refunding me. Very poor service. Would not advise buying from this company.

I still have not received this item. I am disappointed that you are using Evri for your deliveries due to their continuing poor performance. Unfortunately this reflects badly on you. It would be good, if practical to offer customers an alternative carrier.
