Was very excited to go and choose a new car, on arrival on a chilly day in november 2018, i went in with the intentions of buying a very small engine vehicle. Met the sales guy who was to show me around different cars, who was very pushy, and seemed annoyed when i wanted to 'comb' the showroom to make sure ive seen all vehicles to then make a choice. the sales guy then showed me the car i have now, which i liked but still wanted to walk around to be sure i didnt 'miss anything' .
eventually i was persuaded, and purchased the car i have which is a bigger engine than i intially wanted. to be honest i have fallen inlove with the car now, but from the 'get go' the car has had its problems, the first being the heating, that was making a loud grinding noise, also the driver door would not open from the outside, which turned out to be a faulty motor. they did fix the heater which took them 3 weeks to arrange an appointment. on bringing the car in they dont offer a courtesy vehicle out of courtesy, and leave you to 'find your way' . i then asked about my clutch which is making a squeeking noise, they then advised they will be unable to help, as im out of my month warranty, and that i will need to go via the premium RAC warranty that i had taken out. the passenger window does not close fully, plus there is a strange rattling sound coming from the passenger side (not sure where) like something is loose?! driver side window sticks and does not go up or down, which ive noticed happens when it feels like, stop start technology was looked at by trade centre wednesbury, and they advised no fault codes are showing up...... problem after problem. if i could go back and choose a different company to purchase a car from i would.

The only professional personal was the sales man Ian. Very very GOOD. AND THE GENERAL MANAGER.
THE SO CALLED SALES MANAGER WELL NEEDS MORE TRAINING AND DEMOTED BACK TO SALES MAN. HE NEED TO KNOW THAT AN OLD SAYING ( CUSTOMER IS KING ).
WENT TO THE PLACE AND IN 3.5 HRS AFTER SAYING I'M DISABLED AND A DIABETIC NOT EVEN OFFERED A DRINK OF WATER. VERY VERY POOR.

TODAY IT WAS LIKE ANOTHER PLACE BUT THAT'S ONLY WHEN GOT TO THE GENERAL MANAGER A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. AND WILL SEE IF GOOD TO WORD AS PICK CAR UP NEXT WEEK ON THE 7TH FEBRUARY 2019. WILL KEEP YOU INFORMED.
