Very poor service
Very poor service. Do not take care from the forecourt until all work is completed. It takes weeks to get a appointment afterwards.
I bought my car in, wasted a whole day. They couldn't even clean the car properly. It was meant to have a full valet, had to call out the guy 2 times to wipe things.
The wheels where dirty and stains on the front seat. They couldn't even clean the car inside.
Don't not trust any of them, anything agreed please get in writing, seems all of th staff are trained to lie.
My car was booked at 11.30am and at 5.30pm they hadn't even completed the valet. How does it take 6 hours to change the oil and clean a car. Even that was not properly done. Have pictures to prove.

Professional and helpful
Brett greeted us as we arrived and couldn’t do enough for us, fetching keys as we changed our minds and plans even got us a good deal.
Lee ran us through the finance and warranty details and was helpful and professional.
The next young lady sorted out the paperwork quickly
The final lady did car tax and log book
Yes I agree it seems long winded but everything is explained clearly as it needs to be, everyone has a defined role in a defined section.
I’d have no hesitation in recommending them but go with a plan and expect to spend at least half a day!
