I bought tickets through Trainsplit as they were the cheapest. I then wanted to change my booking but it was after office hours and I couldn't find a way to do an exchange on their website. I emailed them and very swiftly received a reply followed by a full refund for my initial ticket. The customer service agent, David, was outstandingly efficient and also very friendly.

Trainsplit Support are EXCELLENT ! They are very quick & responsive to the queries via email. Especially, Tony has been very helpful on a few instances & has provide accurate & practical help. There were some unforeseen situation in which the Tickets had to be rebooked & refunded which Tony had supported accordingly, really appreciate Tony's prompt & patient understanding to provide a very good Customer Service ! Customer service was great. But it was required because the facilities weren't available on the app.
The app is eccentric but often finds options on slow(er) trains that other apps don't. I would use it alongside another app, such as TrainPal.

Booked in advance for 2 tickets High Wycombe to Birmingham. When arrived at HW the next 2 services were cancelled, so we were forced to abandon our trip. No big deal really as it was just a day out, but we had our money refunded which £45 was a fair amount
