Cela fait 1 mois que j'attends haha x)
Je retire mon commentaire négatif si il arrive à résoudre le problème.

I still haven't received my sim card.
I've been waiting for 1 month haha x)
I withdraw my negative comment if it can resolve the problem.

Just doesn't work.

Sim card doesn't work for a PC has advertised. I will not recommend this item to anyone moreover I will recommend against.

We regret to hear that you did not receive your SIM card. All orders are shipped within 24 hours. Local posts and delivery companies we work with usually deliver on time but with the current situation (COVID-19) the delivery may take more than expected unfortunately. When the SIM card is not received, we always ask to our customers the address they will be staying at in Europe in order to send them a new SIM card (with no extra fee of course).

The service is good and fast

The service is good and fast, we do not like the expiration date. Every holiday we buy 3-4 times 100 GB when we left France we often have 40-60 GB left next visit to France this is expired.

Satisfied

Once or twice per year i buy a One Off Bundle for EU.
Always works, immediately after payment. Controllable by MyDatasim app. Fair amount for your GB's.
Sim card stays valid over the years, just put on a new bundle.

I'm currently using it in Japan and it's working fine.
However, the problem is that there are not many pricing menus.

Too expensive because of the short validity time - 30 days. I bought another product with similar costs but a 1 year validity.

No sign of sim delivery, no trace of customer service

Ordered a sim 2 weeks back in advance for my son's trip as a student from Dubai. Got prompt receipt and shipment promised in 8-14 working days. Stipulated time is over; there is no sign of the shipment number to track, let alone the delivery. I think I have been ripped off because attempts to email them have come with zero response too.

I got an overseas travel sim for Japan

I got an overseas travel sim for Japan, asked the support if it would work with an iPad, they responded and said yes. I then paid for a $50+ credit pack, only to find that it didn't work when I arrived at the airport. I contact the support again through the internet WiFi, and they told me that it did work, but only with some devices. They didn't give me a refund, or even the option to exchange my credit for something more useful. Awful service, would absolutely not recommend (at least for Japan) - hire a WiFi dongle instead.
