Searching a company for sending money…
Searching a company for sending money to my family in the PHilippines, transfergo has a good score,so I started to register. Received SMS to confirm my phone number, after that it asked to put a 4 digit code. I never received a code before, why does it ask me if I forgot the code? I clicked HELP, then arrives an endless list of error cases, on the bottom of the list a help button, clicked and described the problem that I didn't receive a code, sent it and a notice arrives: my email has not been viewed as my email address is not verified, I clicked on the bar in the email and got again the help site, describe my problem again, got again the same notice that my message did not arrive because my email not verified, received again an email to verify etc this 5 times in a row-.-I change the email address to this one for registration, this time didn't get an email at all. A human would never act like this stupid AI.

Avoid TransferGo! Blocked small transfer and disappeared
I am extremely disappointed with TransferGo. I tried to send a small amount of less than 100 EUR from EU land to Ukraine. The first transfer went through in 15 minutes, but when I made a second transfer two days later, they blocked it immediately.What makes it worse is their total lack of customer support. I have been trying to reach them via their in-app chat, but it is completely silent and nobody is replying to my messages. Blocking such a minor amount and then ghosting the customer is unacceptable. My family relies on these funds, and now the money is just frozen in the system.If you want a reliable service and functional support, stay away from this company. I will be contacting my bank to initiate a chargeback if this is not resolved immediately. Avoid at all costs!
