Translation quality & delivery time

The translation quality I received from this service was unacceptable for use in official government procedures in Croatia. The promised delivery time was 1 day, but the deadline was postponed three times, and even the third revised deadline was not met. Additionally, they first sent me a translation in English instead of Croatian, then corrected their mistake and sent the Croatian version. The translated document contained serious factual errors, including an incorrect place of birth and omission of the place and date of issue. The service also mixed in Serbian terminology instead of standard Croatian (for example using words like "krivični" and "važi"), which is not appropriate for Croatian authorities. In addition, key terms related to the criminal record were mistranslated (e.g. using wording equivalent to "immoral record" instead of "criminal record"), and the official position title was rendered inaccurately. The overall structure and layout of the original document were not respected in the translation, which further reduces its reliability as an official document.
P.S. On January 21st I was informed that I would receive a full refund for the service. Therefore, I am changing my rating from 1 to 3.

I want to share my experience with this translation service. I did not order any translation and only wanted to check the price. However, the website is designed in such a way that it automatically creates an order.

You simply upload a file to get a quote, enter your email, and you think you haven’t placed an order. But in reality, an order is generated, and then they demand payment, even if you do not need the translation.

The website is very tricky, and the charges they demand are 2–3 times higher than the market price, with threats of legal action if you refuse to pay.

This is very misleading and feels like a trap for unsuspecting users.

DO NOT USE THEM! Horrible translation and not answering calls nor email

I have my document translated from Chinese to English for ECFMG diploma verification. They got all the names wrong and the English was extremely awkward. I tried to email them and called them but no one answered me. I filled out the form online and they said they will return to me by the next day. At the time that they promised, no one replied. Horrible service. I would never pay ahead before they complete their service. They literally took my money, give me some crap, and then disappear. I would not recommend this translation service to anyone.

Bad and to late delivered translation

Got delay delivey times for a translation but not at last in time for a visa application.
Asked for translation Indonesian certificate in dutch and got a severe partly bad translation and even a birth date was not correct. They didn t asked of this was a correct translation as I asked for but asked for a payment for this.
Now I have to pay for this and have to show them what s not correct for a better translation for their delivery rules.
Never this shit any more.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! It's either a money fraud affair or they are all retarded there. It was horrible experience! I sent them two easy, short documents to translate and after two weeks they emailed me asking for money, with no translation provided. When I said so they finally emailed the translation of only one document. They also misspelled names, but the first time it was on me, as I havent specified it before. I said exactly how the names are supposed to be spelled and asked for the second document. A week passes and she sends me THE SAME UNCHANGED DOCUMENT WITHOUT TRANSLATING THE OTHER ONE. I ask again and she says I did not send the second one. When I forward my original request she finally starts working on the second document. Another week goes by. She sends the results, all names wrong. I ask to fix it again and they say they did. At that moment I was moving and could not spend any more time on this so I just said them to send the final papers. I opened them upon arrival - all names wrong! And it took 3 months and alot of my time!! Don't go here!

DO NOT USE TRANSLATED S.R.L!

I asked TRANSLATED S.R.L. for a QUOTE so I could decide which service to use for the translation of a document. TRANSLATED S.R.L. then charged me for the translation without me actually agreeing to the quote.

They then proceeded to accuse me of being a scammer and take me to court.

Not only was the translation overpriced (over 70 Euro for two pages), but their website is misleading and their service aggressive.

In response to their reply, this is wholly misleading. At no point did I express an intention to continue with the quote. The job is AUTOMATICALLY started and you're expected to a) know that, and b) take a proactive step to cancel a job you've not expressly agreed to without knowing that by asking for a quote you're entering into a binding agreement.

Again, do not recommend.

Do not use

I needed an urgent translation of a medical note (2 lines) to submit to an administrative office. They confirmed it would be ready at 3pm the same day and then I never heard from them again and they ignored my multiple requests. Very disappointing. I relied on them to my detriment and once they did not deliver it was too late to look for replacement.

Horrible Quality Control and Time Management

First, when booking the translation, I requested it by the night of June 5, 2025, and have the email stating, "Your translation will be delivered by the agreed deadline of June 5, 2025 at 6:45 PM GMT+2." Which did not happen, I received it too late for my appointment this morning, so it is completely useless to me now. I also never received an email updating the completion date/time to today. There are also misspellings in the translation of #5 (My ID Number), #8 (My Address), and MY NAME at the end of the document...This is unacceptable for a legal document translation, as it not only costs me money but also months of time. As a result, my driver's license will not be converted in time to meet the legal requirements, forcing me to take the German driving exams. I will never recommend this company to anyone in the future.

Too Slow to Be Useful — Wouldn’t Recommend

If you need a certified translation you can actually use on time, look elsewhere. It took over a month to receive mine — far too late to be of any use — and there was no accountability or acknowledgment of the delay. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because I did eventually receive the document. But I won’t be using this service again, and I strongly suggest you don’t either.
