Not quite what I was expecting
They just sent me a word document with the translation of a certificate that I needed officially translated. The quote was for a professional translator of a certificate, and then I would expect at the least a stamp or other identification of that translator on that document. I don’t need to pay money to simply translate words, Google or chatGPt do that too.

Update - I didn’t even request a refund or anything but they refunded my money. That is very decent and clearly professional. I have changed my rating from one to four stars because I am satisfied.

I found Translated on a search of the internet following contact with two companies who were completely unreliable and did not fulfill the promises they had made.
When I telephoned Translated I received a quick response, no long waiting, connected to a member of staff who took all of the requirements of my translation needs and provided advice on how I could enhance the final result without additional cost. I needed a rapid translation and this was undertaken and confirmed in email form. What was particularly pleasing was the daily updates that I received and the access to a named member of the team who could answer any questions I might have. The translation was delivered to me in good time without delay and again contact with me was maintained. The service was in my opinion exceptional and I will call Translated when I have my next requirement for similar documents. There was never a moment when I doubted the efficiency or customer care.

Birth Certificate misspelt
The translation has my name spelt incorrectly.
My name is Mxxxxx Gxxxxx Rxxxxxxxx and NOT Mxxxxxx Jxxx Rxxxxxxxx.
There is extra word added in the authority issuing the birth certificate "CIVIL".
I have sent email yesterday with attachment and also sent email today to Ilaria M but no reply.
Also called 03308080544 2 times now and it just goes to voice message. Left my number on voice message to call back. No call back.
I have missed submitting this translation in time today.
Initially all seemed to be professional and quick replies, now when there is mistake there is NO response. Also initially the online price quote was for 1 job and when i accessed the account there are 2 jobs created for the same work and higher than quoted price. Now with already a day gone I said lets continue and get the job done as I need to submit this document ASAP. And now the time is gone, i missed the date and now to resubmit.
I will not pay for such service which has a mistake in NAMES and that to on a BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
I selected PREMIUM service which has a skilled HUMAN to recheck but they have either missed or just dont have any human to check.
There is also NO STAMP put on the document.
I need the ATC or ATA stamp with the translated documents certificate number which is also not provided.
This is ridiculous service. It is waste of my time and effort. I am just not happy with this way of working.
