Horrible website - sudden price increase that we refused to pay for, and when we cancelled they promised a quick refund. still haven’t been refunded for over a week now. I’m worried that they are a scam and might never refund me!!

I accidentally booked the wrong date for my flights, called them up 2 mins after booking and they wouldn’t allow me to change the date. The service agent sneered and sounded happy that I couldn’t rebook or get refund. Wouldn’t recommend these guys at all.

Very good service and excellent phone communication

Offered a keen price and took payment for it as I completed the booking form inside the 15 minutes allowed. After several hours I had not received my tickets so phoned them and found that the booking had not been honoured because they were unable to find the offered price anymore.
Tried to argue that this was commonplace with airline bookings......I have never experienced it in over 15 years of online booking with various providers. In the end they did honour the price although we had to accept a slightly different flight plan. Agents were genuinely helpful but the business model of this company is wrong.
All in all much too stressful....I doubt I will use again.

I originally booked a one-way flight with Traveasy and was then looking to arrange my return, as I planned to fly into Phuket and return from Bangkok. After my initial booking, I was informed there was an availability issue for the 2 seats I required, which was a little confusing at first. However, once Prince took over my booking, the experience became much smoother.
Prince was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout. He took the time to explain my options clearly and recommended flying with a more reputable airline for a better overall travel experience. Although the final price was slightly above my original budget, I felt reassured by his knowledge and guidance.
What stood out most was his attentiveness — he kept in contact after the booking and followed up to make sure I had received my ticket and that everything was correct. That level of care made me feel confident and supported throughout the process.
I haven’t travelled yet, which is why I’m leaving 4 stars for now, but based on the service I’ve received so far, I would happily book through Prince again. I’ll return to update my review after my trip.

My experience with Traveasy has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.
I booked and paid for a flight to Germany. A few hours later, I was contacted and told I could only have that flight if I added checked luggage — which I did not need or want. I was never informed of this at the time of booking, and the option to book without checked luggage was clearly shown on their website.
I refused to add luggage and told them that if it’s not actually available, it shouldn’t be advertised as an option. I then went directly to British Airways and booked the exact same flight without checked luggage — no issues at all.
I received an email from Traveasy confirming cancellation and stating I would receive a refund within 5–7 days. This was on 15th January.
Since then, it has been excuse after excuse:
• First, they claimed they didn’t have my account details to process the refund.
• Then, they said the refund had been sent and was waiting for my bank to “accept” it.
• Now, over a month later, they say they are “waiting on verification.”
Every agent gives a different story. Each one promises a call back or says to allow a certain amount of time — and none of them follow through.
The service has been poor, inconsistent, and feels very shady. Taking payment quickly is no problem, but issuing a refund seems impossible.
I would strongly advise others to book directly with the airline instead of using Traveasy.

I am writing this to warn everyone: STAY AWAY FROM TRAVEASY. I spent over £2,000 on flight tickets, and I am now unable to check in because they linked my booking to the WRONG PASSPORT NUMBERS.
When I contacted the airline, they confirmed the error originated from the travel agent's side. Traveasy promised me they would resolve this within 48 hours. However, after waiting for 48 hours, they shamelessly told me there was "nothing they could do" and "everything is correct'.
I am now stuck without a valid ticket and facing a massive financial loss. This is complete negligence and a total failure of service.
Update: I have already filed formal reports against Traveasy with:
CAA (Civil Aviation Authority)
IATA (International Air Transport Association)
Action Fraud UK
I am also initiating a Section 75 claim through my bank to recover my funds. If you value your money and your travel plans, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are unprofessional, incompetent, and provide zero support when things go wrong.

Edit: Just received a request to update this review to remove the name of the company/agent in order to keep it up, despite the fact that the agent asked me to name them. They seem to be doing this to all negative reviews in an effort to get their score up. What a joke! 🤣

I don’t travel often so I have little to compare this too, but booking through this company was unfortunately quite difficult, despite the name. After paying the price advertised, I was told that I had to pay an additional £50 over email before I could receive my tickets. This was lowered to £40 over the phone by one of the agents. After I requested a refund instead of paying extra, worried that more money would be requested, they said they would give me the tickets at the original price instead.
Edit: they say below that they offered me a refund. This is not true - I asked for a refund but they said no and tried to push the additional payment, before eventually relenting to give this to me at the original price.
I did get my tickets at a much cheaper price than through the official airline website, and I was provided with a number to load the tickets onto the official airline app after some insistence. However, the mixed reviews indicate that booking through this service is very risky, and I would never do it again. Very stressful.

Easy enough to buy the ticket from.LHR to Singapore but the following up call is just an attempt to get you to buy unnecessary baggage allowances. I was told I couldn't just take carry on luggage when the Malaysian Airlines website clearly states there is a 7kg Cabin bag allowed.
I haven't flown long haul before and it was disappointing to receive the unnecessary sales call as I then started to think it was a scam but my daughter has checked and says it is ok but better to book directly with the airline in future!

When I booked the tickets, I accidentally selected dates that were one month earlier than intended, and the tickets were non-refundable. I contacted Traveasy support immediately, and Prince assisted me. They offered to reissue the tickets for the correct dates at an additional cost, but kindly applied an extra discount, which helped reduce my overall expenses.

I could not recommend anyone to use this company. Don't click through from google flights to make a booking for a plane journey. The Traveasy price offered a saving on the BA direct booking, My booking and payment for a trip (with my young grandson) was accepted and then came a flurry of emails telling me to contact them. I called and they told me that BA had since put up their prices. I replied that I would then be cancelling. After a protracted conversation they then told me that Traveasy would honour the original price. This call took so long that at the end of the call I said that I wanted to cancel as I was not confident that I would get the tickets. They then told me that it would take 10 days for the refund to be made. Because of this I said I would go ahead with the booking, and they asked me what sort of seats I would prefer. The last email I received from them on the day of booking was one confirming the travel documents. A couple of days later I entered our passport details into the link on their website and although it appeared to accept them when I went back to look there was nothing there. I repeated this a couple of times. A couple of days later I called to report this problem to be told that they had not made the booking as the price had gone up again. I asked for their ABTA number which they refused to give me so that I could make a complaint to their member organisation.

I am pleased to share that, despite an initial hiccup during the booking process, I was ultimately able to complete my trip reservation smoothly through the website. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Customer Support Agent Deepak, who assisted me throughout the process. His professionalism, patience, and ability to present the best available options made a significant difference.
A big shout‑out to Mr. Deepak - you are doing an excellent job. I am genuinely happy with the overall customer experience I received during my trip‑booking journey.
Thank you, Deepak, and best of luck to the entire team. Keep up the great work.
Kind regards,
Chris

The day after booking my flight I received an email saying the flight had not been confirmed and I had to pay another £50 to confirm it. I decided I wanted to cancel and book with someone else as there were cheaper options elsewhere and when I called and asked to cancel they said they would give it to me for the original price. Very quick responses by email and phone.

After initially booking a flight, there was some changes required to my ticket. Vinit John was very helpful in checking on my options and then finding a way to get this sorted. I also ring back a few hours later to make sure i hadn't missed anything and he was great at getting the airline to process the tickets straight away whilst i was on the phone.
It was also get to be able to talk to a 'live' person to get this sorted as well!
