Booked my flight thinking that they offer me the best rate from London to Kuala Lumpur. Payment made online and confirmation was sent to my email, together with receipt of payment. After a few hours, was told that there was a fault in their system and it didn't reflect the true fare of the ticket bought.
I was told to pay additional £95.00 if I would like the reservation to go through. It's just a bad experience being a first time customer and it gives me a bad impression about the company. Don't think I will book with them again. Sounds like a scam company after reading other reviews.

Price increased the next day
They offer a cheaper price than the airline, then I get a phone call the next day saying the price had changed and I owed an extra £150. I asked for a refund instead but they said I wouldn’t get the full amount back. You may as well just book direct with the airline as it would have been the same cost. NOTE I DID NOT GET OFFERED A FULL REFUND WHEN TRYING TO CANCEL

Initially it was not the best service, however, once the supervisor spoke to me, the service was good. The only downside was the luggage allowance was reduced from 40kg to 25kg. I would have given 4 stars had the supervisor offered 30kg instead of 25kg and 5 stars if the initial issues were resolved without having the supervisor call me. There is room for improvement.

Terrible experience. Booked and paid in full but didn’t receive the tickets. Called them and was told I had to pay £300 more to release them. Asked for a refund and was told it will take 25 days. Absolutely floored us.

They took money but didn’t get any…
They took money but didn’t get any confirmation email. Rang up to be told I had to pay an extra £138 as apparently the flight was full ( it wasn’t as I’ve rebooked this with the airline) so asked for a refund to be told they take £75 for a refund off the money you’ve paid !!! AVOID!!!

Don’t book this company
Booked flight for £125 could have booked direct from airline for £139 once booked and paid they said the flight was actually £20 more and they can’t do anything but charge more or refund me. Obviously I wanted a refund to buy cheaper direct from the airline. Once I said this they wanted a £30 cancellation fee. so my option was pay £30 fee and £139 for a new flight totalling £169 or pay £145 to keep. Lesson learned. Never book from this company it’s cheaper to pay the full price.

Before proceeding, we informed you of the fare difference, and you confirmed that you wished to move forward with the updated price. The booking was immediately confirmed and the e-ticket was issued without delay.
Airfares are dynamic and subject to availability until ticketed, particularly during system disruptions beyond our control. We regret any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
