Bought a ticket here, within 24 hours I filed a refund which is my right according to the policy of both airlines that are used to reach my destination. They where too slow with processing the request and now all I hear from them is that due to ticket fares I won't be able to get a refund. This of course is strange as the European, U.S. and policies of both airlines state that I have the right to refund within 24 Hours.
They don't really take you serious, when I called for the first time I was told to send an email and call the airline. At the airline I was told my ticket was paid for in cash so they couldn't do anything for me etc etc.
Beware of this agency.

They need 3 hours till after the payment to confirm your booking.
Let me tell you the reason why:
Made a booking, and after about 1.5 hours I have received an email saying, that the prices have changed and that there is a surcharge of 40 euros now.
Hold on a minute!!!
WHEN I MAKE A BOOKING FOR A CERTAIN PRICE AND THE PRICES CHANGE, I GET TOLD BY THE WEBSITE BE4 I PAY.
Called them and told them about the BS and was told to either cancel or pay.
So I said cancel, booked the same ticket for the price it was before on a different website.
Received a confirmation email about the cancellation that my funds have been unblocked. I bloody hope so to have that money soon available on my bank again because as per the other reviews here, that doesn't happen.
DO NOT BUY WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT ISSUES

I booked my ticket because the main travel company TUI.com was offline. Booked the same ticket for the same price on this website, found them on Skyscanner.com. After confirming my booking, they cancelled it after the 3 hours "waiting to receive the money" time. Still waiting for my money :( so be careful booking your flights here. I think Skyscanner should take them out of their search.

I have been following up my refund for the LAST 8 months without success! Your colleague mentioned in the email that my refund was prioritized and gotten approval from the airlines. I am still waiting to be refunded!!!
Further, they sent me an email more than a month ago confirming that my refund had been accepted by airlines and will be processed shortly. Since then nothing has happened when i send emails they keep on responding with some vague responses surely!!!
I have called the airlines which i had booked on and the airlines confirmed to me that they had already refunded Travelfrom.nl that i should contact them directly to refund my ticket.
I have been following up for my ticket to be refunded now for over three months. I have been following up every other week but i do not any substantial response. They are only saying they are still waiting for the airlines to refund them before i can get my money back since July???
I do not understand why a refund should take this long to remit. It’s really tough for we everyone and the €800 refund is a lot of money after you already taken a penalty of €400 yet the traveller had Covid. You can’t even be ashamed charging a penalty on top of that you are not even making effort to refund my money!!!
I will be following up with you every until i get my money back and will put my reviews to all platforms so that other potential clients can avoid you.

I booked a trip in Business. Received a receipt, confirming it was booked in business (S), but when I went onto the airline website, it shows the entire booking in economy.

Do not book here. The company is a scam. Found this party through skyscanner like many here and booked a ticket to Peru. They cancelled my ticket and are now refusing to give me my money back. My flight got cancelled in December.

Booked tickets with Travelfrom flying in June to Mallorca,
When the payment €706 was done we received an email that during the process the prizes raised, and we had to pay another €68 with a 2 hr countdown-timer to build the pressure up.
All we could do was pay, and 6 hours after that, 0300 in the morning a email from Travelfrom came, it said the airliner (Ryanair) didn't reply to their calls and so it happened the tickets were cancelled.
In the mail they said we will be refunded €706 asap, I replied telling them not to forget about the €68 as well..
Asked them to refund asap so we would be able to make a booking somewhere else, as we are very dissapointed as well as our 4 kids, looking forward to a pleasant and well deserved holiday.
All they said we would be refunded within 10 bussinessdays.
For us that will be too late.
After reading alot of negative reviews, we felt almost being scammed.
Travelfrom, contact us, and pay us back TODAY, this negative 1* review will be withdrawed, and turn into a positive one.

Unbelievable. As so many others, I wished I checked these reviews before... Several things went wrong. Firstly, I booked a ticket through Travelfrom for my boyfriend, to fly from Morocco to Colombia. 900 euros. He had to take 2 flights to come here, with a layover in Spain. We choose for him not to have check-in bagage, so he did not have to leave the airport in Madrid, to prevent for him to have to get a visa. We checked this before hand and had the confirmation from the Embassy he would not need a visa as long as he stayed on the airport. The first flight from Morocco to Spain actually did not accept him, because Travelfrom said he would go out of the airport and for this he needed a visa. Travelfrom gave us the wrong reservationcode. Due to which we could not do an online checkin for his next flight, with which they would have allowed him on his first flight, considering it was proof he would not leave the airport. Because Travelfrom did not give us the right information, and still is not giving this, he could not take his flights. The airline said this happens a lot with Travelfrom, because they provide the wrong information, also to the airlines. If they communicated rightly, the airline would have known he would stay on the airport. But they did not. Now we lost 900 euros.
As an addition to this, my flights to Colombia (from Costa Rica) also had a default. I booked for check in luggage, but they did not communicate this either with the airlines. For this I needed to buy extra luggage. Up till now Travelfrom did not reimburse any of the above and also does not tell us if they will. They make it incredible hard to communicate with them. We are still waiting for more than 1000 euros, but mostly the pain of a travel which was denied is the saddest.
We do not have the money to buy new tickets untill we have the 1000 euros back, so untill then we can not see each other. I will never, never book with them again and prevent anyone from booking with them. It is a scam and not to be trusted!!!!!!!

Booked a domestic flight in Thailand. We received the tickets but only the left 2/3rd of the ticket was in the PDF. Send a mail to the customer service containing the attachment and much later the day they responded that they didn’t understand the problem
(?). Replied with a screenshot and a dummy proof explanation and they replied again that they didn’t understand the problem. Replied again with a super dummy proof answer but no reply came so we went to the airport without proper tickets. Luckily AirAsia was very friendly and helped without costs.

I'm writing a second review because this is a new offense I'm receiving from TRAVELFROM. They closed again today the ticket of my request of refund for a flight canceled for code 3 years ago, telling there is no possibility to get money back because time has expired. WELL THEY ARE LYING, the flight carrier website shows a VALID credit for the canceled flight, available only to the travel agency to use, so at least it's available as a credit for another flight with UNITED, so why do you answer that money is lost? I've always stated I need a refund and not a flight change, ok, but your answer should then be "sorry but only flight changes are available", not "there is nothing to do, ticket is expired", your answer is a lie, there is at least the chance of a flight credit with UNITED, as the website of UNITED say, liars !
UPDATE: I've been talking with a call center agent and they are finally proposing me to change flight dates and ask for a new flight using the credit of the other but with a 30€ surcharge for the change, this is also absurd, guys the flight got CANCELED!!!! its not that I've changed my mind.
Message for whom might answer below to trust pilot: In case I'm deciding to use the credit for another flight with UNITED, I expect the change to be performed at no cost (since it's a canceled flight) and that since I'm the one who paid the 2 tickets for me and the other passenger, I'm assuming I can use both credits on my new reservation, no need to be the same traveller. is it the case? I hope so.
UPDATE 20/02: I filanny got reimbursed by the Airline Company for the 2 tickets, I received no notification about this refund from Travelfrom (they only proposed me to ask for a flight change) but I got reimbursed, 3 years after my first claim.

It’s been a year almost to try to get my money back, the airline cancelled just a few hours before departure I have been sending ig many emails takes weeks till they respond and then abviously didn’t read my email cause of the questions they ask I again explain it in another mail and again they just don’t read it correctly “if you want to cancel your future flight” noooo I said the airline cancelled allready. I was stuck. The worst company. Fraude!!!!!

Unfortunately, I've had the worst experience with travelfrom.
I booked a flight to Boston well in advance, departing in Juli. At the airport, my flight ticket was not valid, and the only flight connected to my passport was BOGOTA (BOG, not BOS...).
Trying to reach customer service was nearly impossible, either being re-directed, or told I was being called back in 30 minutes. After 2 hours without any call back, I was convinced I was being scammed because the number suddenly was out of use. After 4 hours at the airport, I FINALLY got called back.
The answer was that I could book an alternative flight up till 1500EUR, being free of charge for the trouble. I booked this, but still have not received ANY REFUNDS. This, despite me mailing them occasionally about my situation and lack of restitution.
Across the board, I had a terrible experience. I spoke to over 6 people from customer service, from which only 1 person tried to help me. But so far, this person only comforted me things would be solved, which they still haven't roughly 5 months later.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I'll update this review when I've finally received my money back.
EDIT (in/as response to the reply from Travelfrom below):
*I have yet to receive the money back. Travelfrom replied back in public on this site, but not to me personally. As of today, 7 days after the problem was 'solved', no money was transferred back or received by my bank. This is no issue with the bank, as Travelfrom indicates themselves it should be between 1-3 days. I do hope they contact me personally about this issue, but have yet to receive a response from them on my personal mails to them. I'll update this review again after the issue has been resolved.

Booked tickets, got a confirmation that my order was received and tickets will be issued shortly. Few minutes later got an e-mail stating that my tickets could not be issued and the money I payed will be transferred back.
It’s been 8 days and I still have not received my funds back. They state constantly that their financial department is working hard to speed up the process, but it seems they are only competent at receiving your funds, but not transferring back to you.
In addition they are also incapable of even providing an estimate how long it could take.
My advice ? Stay away from this company and pay the extra 5 euro for a competitors service.

We made a reservation for a flight YQH5S91Q and paid the full amount of €6.000,- Flightfrom sent an automated e-mail that the flight is not confirmed and the money will be transferred back.
After 3 days I contacted for the refund and they answered it will take 10 days.
Today (3rd day) I received a professional response by e-mail that the payment has been processed by their financial department.
In the 4th day we made a successful new booking of you flights via travelfrom.
Thank you and hopefully you will change your refund process in future.

We bought tickets from Amsterdam to Amman for the summerbreak. After we bought the tickets they increased the prices and our tickets were cancelled. I called them for more information and after a couple of minutes the women (Martha) stopped talking. I said hello a couple of times but no one answered. I hanged up and called them again and i got the same women on the line and after i greeted her she hung up. After that i called again and magically they had a waiting line. Awful expirience won't recommend. update: I got my money really fast back and i appreciated it. Good service at the end.

I paid for expensive tickets only to be informed 2 hours later that the ticket price had increased and my order has been cancelled and that I would see my money "within 10-15(!!!!) working days". It took them only a second to take it but they need 2+ weeks to refund it? If you don't know what the prices of the products are that you're selling, then don't put them on your website. Never again with this company. Avoid!
