What company ever just like everyone said bought tickets they never paid for our tickets. Found out the day of our flight we didn’t have anything. Working with credit card company now.

i BOOKED A ROUND TRIP FLIGHT WITH THIS COMPLANY AA CANCELED THE FLIGHT THE COMPANY DID NOT ADVISED ME. I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR MY REFUND FOR A MONTH I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME EVERY TIME I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO HELP PLEASE!!!!!

This is a SCAM.. I purchased a ticket in October for a flight in December. I called back a week later asking for my ticket and they indicated that me return flight was cancelled and I would need to purchase a new ticket. They indicated that I will receive a refund within 7 days for my original ticket. I have been calling since Oct for my refund. This is now Dec 7 and I still have not received my refund. The customer service is very poor. You cannot not talk to anyone in management. To not use this site!!!!

This is the worst experience booking a flight that I have ever experienced. Do not use this site to book any flights. This is certainly a scam.

Because I can't leave a comment with out giving them 1 star because they don't have a negative 10 star available. This company is very unprofessional and does care about it's customers once they get their money. They're rude on the phone don't answer the phone. The see the phone number calling and they don't want to deal with you they either leave that number on hold or hang up on you. They refuse to let you speak to a supervisor or a manager especially when you confront them with exactly what they said and they hang up on you. The only good reviews this company gets are fake posts or fake accounts leaving 5 starts. That is because the company will never contact you after they get paid. I was trying to select seats on an airplane which the representative said was free 48 before your flight left. Call them during that time an was told by 2 different company representatives that had to be done at airport when filght check in now. I was hung up on multiple times and I ask to speak to a supervisor and a direct number to a supervisor told to call today after which I did and was hung up on again. Also this company pretend to be Frontier airlines when we first scheduled with them. Never book with travelreimagine or Airborne travel LLC the companies other name.

It's scam a waste of money you won't receive verification from the airline you booked on. They hang up on their customers service line. Please do not buy from them it's a fraudulent service.

Called the Attorney General and filed a complaint against this sham of a company. You think you are booking tickets via the airlines, but you are being rerouted to this company. Even the charges appeared on my cc as Air Canada. However, they called to tell me they never issued my tickets right before our flights, even though the flights were booked a month in advance. Tickets were now $1,000 dollars more. Total scam!!

DONT DO IT you will get scammed they never buy your ticket . You learn of this days before your trip this scam been run on everyone . Kiss your first ticket money GOOD BY thats the scam . This scam been run on lot people. Your credit card company is worthless . No help. Im out over $400 to these thiefs called multiple times. Lets see what my attorney general from my state can do. You been warned only wish i read the reveiws on theses shisters.DONT DO IT --- You never get a ticket number from airline only theres that ticket was never bought thats the scam.

Travelreimagine is a scam. Never received the eticket. Flight could not be verified without booking code. Reported as fraud to credit card company and filed dispute. Do not use them or you may get stuck without a ticket. Thankfully caught before going to the airport. Ended buying another ticket direct from airline.

Booked a flight through cheaptickets.com and somehow they were the subcontractor who actually did the booking. Reveived the first email showing I was confirmed and after 10 days of nothing more started emailing and calling to be told there is a computer problem and that I would have my e-tickets tomorrow. Told again that same thing and if I don't have them by tomorrow I will contact my credit card company and file a dispute.

This company charged me an additional $2196 for what they said was the airline charge for an upgrade. It appeared on my credit card as American Airlines charge. when I had to cancel I had to contact the airline as they refused. That's when I learned that the surcharge was a fraud. Travel Reimagine won't return calls. Will probably receive refund from credit card company but do not deal with them. Filed fraud charge with FTC and Atty General in Colorado.

A complete disaster using this site........sold us a more expensive ticket after giving us incorrect information (we could have saved $200 if we booked any other way), then the flight was mistakenly booked for the next day (blaming us or the airline for the change and saying to correct the date we will be using our free one time change) only noticing this after we got a notice from the airline....waited hours for a callback to correct both issues, got the run around. Have spent ALL DAY and still unsure if we can fly when we want. We'd like to cancel and start over, but there is no refund. Go elsewhere to book your flights!

This is 1st time using reimagine. I needed to cancel and the 1st person I spoke to was very rude and impatient. The 2nd person was very polite. Their taxes and fees are high and they don't give you a full credit. Never again.

A horrible experience. A booking was made May 31/2021 for a trip from Vqncouver to Huatulco at the end of November I received acknowledgement of the booking then no followup to confirm the flight. Amex was billed same day for the flight. 4 months passed and I decided to check. No online access - did not recognize my email or phone #. Emailed for confirmation -reply ws garbled and unintelligible. Asked for repeat --- no response. Called - after 40 minutes on hold then dead air reach new agent - told my original booking had a flight cancelled. I had not been informed by this company or the airline. I was then told , actually, there were seats on the same flight but they would now cost $400 more. I refused having just booked a flight for our daughter on the flight for exactly what we paid 4mo before. I was then told they would rebook for the same price but if not done in 24 hours they would refund my money. Today, having let the 24 hours pass - no contact. It took 4 additional phone calls ( all with agents answering and then dead air after 30 seconds to 20 minutes) and an hour of my time to finally reach someone who told me it had been cancelled and would be reimbursed.
Oh --- and I had emailed them after my first experience as per their customer service form on the web site and received no acknowledgement let alone a response. One star is actually one star too much too much

Can someone please help me with the customer service phone number? My son is a Marine and booked a flight and is now not able to travel, and has a confirmation number, and ticket number. He asked me to cancel and now is not able to contact me directly with any other information and I can NOT find a customer service number through their website. call me stupid but ill still appreciate the help[

Travel ReImagine are the same people that invented New Travel Trip… looks legit until you notice that it doesn’t.. the only reason I know that Travel ReImagine and New Travel Trip are one and the same, is because the first “itinerary” was sent through NTT, and the second one was through Travel ReImagine… do not book with these people. They are “highly educated” scammers… also, whenever a bad review gets onto one of their sites, suddenly up to five people have a five star experience at the exact same hour in the exact same day… they know how to make themselves look good… watch them put five star reviews on here to put this one down the list… hope you have a lovely day, and enjoy writing your phoney reviews… they really don’t sound quite like real experiences… they’re too…. unrealistic… but sure, whatever it takes to steal a dollar from innocent people.

If i could rate this a 0 star i would the company does nothing but bs when my flight was made for the wrong day and i seen it and had to cancel they said they would refund me right away here we are 3 months later and i cant even get in contact with them for my 300 dollars such bull
